This place was just amazing! The view from our balcony the best I can imagine in the town, and the whole room really cozy, even if not too big. The bathroom was also recently renovated. The breakfast buffet was also great, and I was so happy to see many vegan options! The stuff lovely, and helpful with guests. Honestly, this was our favourite place in Switzerland, can’t wait to come back here during our next visit.

Excellent location, beautiful view. Easy to pick up keys in a box. Well equipped kitchen, salt, pepper, oil and more. Welcome pasta to cook and coffee. Underfloor heating. Cowbells every morning instead of an alarm clock.

It is too far from Interlaken not having a view of the lake...
It is too far from Interlaken not having a view of the lake as pictures shown, it is located on the top of the mountain, it takes about 20 mn drive on an extremely narrow road to reach there.
Not a single supermarket or restaurant nearby, it is recommended for people seeking tranquility and peace, not for those who plan to visit other places every day.
a washing machine would be an advantage.
I liked that it has Fondue maker and all what's needed to prepare some homemade meals.

Very nice location, great view of the lake and excellent walks.
Be careful of the local drivers. In the 3 days we stayed at Axalp we were bullied by 4 very aggressive drivers on the mountain roads.
