We are SO grateful for Sally at front desk! She treated us kindly and generously and really made our day! We'll be back tomorrow (Tues) night and are wondering if we'll receive the same amazing welcome! Also, the beds were SO comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast ever! Best choice for families, we'll be back :)

We used hotel for stopover between Banff and Vancouver only, but it was very convinient, easy parking, pub and restaurant on premises, as well as rafting agency we went to raft with..they gave us late check out for free to shower after our rafting trip..comfortable beds..they gave me quiet room..
