Staff was very friendly and helpful, always in a good mood. Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean, nice and big! We realy liked that there were slippers at the entrance. It made feel us like home.

This new hotel is very well done! I love how everything in the room is well organized, with many small details that make a big difference. Like multiple hangers, small shelves in the bathroom, bedside lights, a luggage rack, blackout curtains, a fridge — everything you need. The bed is big and comfortable, with amazingly nice, large pillows 😍! The shared spaces are also great, especially the hot bath and fire area!

We used hotel for stopover between Banff and Vancouver only, but it was very convinient, easy parking, pub and restaurant on premises, as well as rafting agency we went to raft with..they gave us late check out for free to shower after our rafting trip..comfortable beds..they gave me quiet room..
