I travel a lot for work and I can say that this place is awesome. It's newly re renovated, it's CLEAN. The bed is comfy, the fridge works and was cold when I got in. It's really clean and tidy and that's so important. It's roomy, has a couch and I'm so impressed with the motel. I've stayed at places that were much more money and well I would rather sleep in the car. I'm happy I got to try this little gem out.

Cindy's and Mike's Inn is just wonderful. The breakfast was out of this world, the hosts were simply lovely and the place absolutely stunning: we found a little paradise on our way across Canada! We were sad to leave as we quickly felt at home. The Greystone Inn was by far the best place we stayed at on our trip.

Everything about the hotel was good. The owner of the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean. It had a comfortable bed, easy to use shower and it was easy to charge my phone and use wifi. The location was excellent and was close to everything in town.

A very pleasant town with everthing you need, grocery stores restaurants the people are friendly and pleasant , we went to chucks roadhouse and the service was over the top, excellent food portions very large and the price is right highly recommended

Lots of choice of places to eat between Petawawa and Pembroke. The area is much prettier in the summer but our one night November stay was pleasant. Only 25 minutes to Bonnechere Provincial Park which was our destination.

Barry's Bay is a beautiful little town.
Barry's Bay is a beautiful little town. We brought our side by side to get out on the ATV trails and explore the fall colour's and they were magnificent. You can drive you ATV within the city limits which made getting to and from restaurants very easy, saving time of unhooking the trailer from my truck. My only regret of this trip was staying at the Pinewood Inn. It is rundown and very dirty since the new ownership my recommendation is to stay somewhere else.

We selected Mattawa for a couple of days because it is at the northern point of Algonquin Park and the leaves would be at the height of their colour. We had been there before to enjoy the trails, paths along rivers, the gorge and waterfall. This part of our visit did not disappoint us. However, we will select a different motel next year.

Killaloe is the region name, the Schoolhouse Inn is located in Round Lake Centre and only a ten minute drive from Killaloe village and golf at the Homestead at Wolf Ridge, and twenty minutes from Wilno and Golden Lake. The Wilno Tavern is excellent for Polish food and live music.

Pembroke was the place to go for our childhood camping trips...
Pembroke was the place to go for our childhood camping trips and having family in the area. My return as an adult on my own was wonderful, love the history and the plaques on the wharf front, the 100 yr old logs washed up on the shore now drift wood, the surrounding scenic view was outstanding, lots if various choices for dining out, I don’t have nothing negative to say about Pembroke, I can only say I can’t wait to return to soak up the scenic view of the Ottawa Valley.
