Spacious clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Arrived early, wasn’t an issue as our room was ready. Ample parking within good location of shops, railway museum, bars and restaurants. We travelled in November, which is low season, so few restraints were not open as getting ready for the snowy season in December…..but still plenty to choose from, including bar and restraints attached to hotel.

We had an awesome overnight stay at Glacier Lodge. Super easy check in, friendly staff. Under hotel parking. Excellent mountain views on 2 sides (corner apartment) plus balcony. Super comfy bed, kitchenette with everything, good bathroom, hot shower, quiet location. Chair and gondola right behind hotel. Food options only a short stroll away. Hardly any people. Snow, snow and more snow.

We had the most amazing stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so comfy and the fire place made it even cosier but what makes it so special is the location! The most beautiful place and being able to sit in the hot tub with the Mountain View whilst the sun set over the snowy Mountain View and lake was truly magical!

Wonderful cabin right in the middle of nature. Stunning mountain views — even from the hot tub. The cabin is cozy and well equipped with everything you need. In the evenings and mornings, deer often wander across the meadow, and a bald eagle regularly circles overhead. An absolute dream.

Great value midweek in late March (I imagine it's way pricier in the summer) Lovely indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs. Room comfortable and well equipped. Bar/restaurant decent - as Invermere was a ghost town at this time of year this was a result.

I was stumped by poor early season snow.

I was stumped by poor early season snow. No ones fault there. Revelstoke seemed to be a nice place - the stores are local, as are the restaurants. I would definitely use Revelstoke as a ski destination or as a base for National park adventures in the future.

We had to stay in Golden.

We had to stay in Golden. We had appointment in Radium, were taking others with us that weren't able to go until Sat morning. Golden is not a tourist "mecca" just a means to an end. Ate at the Wolf's Den as was told was one of the better in Golden! Extremely over-priced dog food!

We are traveling. We took 2 days off to relax in style. Breakfast was included. Bacon. Eggs. Potatoes. Pancakes and cereal. Coffee. Swimming pool with hot tub. Lovely. I love a very hot bath. This room didn’t disappoint. Water was hot and fast filling. We asked for a quiet room and ground level as no elevators. We were very happier with our stay. The price was discounted. I liked that. All the best for your stay if you choose this Hotel

The person I first dealt with, was not exactly friendly, especially when I came back to let him know we weren’t staying in a room that stunk of weed.. he didn’t even apologize, just wanted to know if I wanted to cancel the reservation. I told him that I wasn’t cancelling, but wanted another room. I complained to the manager in the morning, but I would not recommend this hotel to travellers.

For a small town it has enough restaurants, stores and shops. It's big draw is the outdoor recreation: skiing, hiking and mountain biking. Still feels somewhat undiscovered, and priced accordingly. It is right across the U.S border so very accessible from Eastern WA (Northport border crossing is open 24 hours and rarely busy). In sum, it is a value-priced and quiet get-away spot.
