Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

Liked the small scale of the hotel with only 4 floors and having all the amenities of a larger hotel. The thoughtful placement of the electronic controls for the window shades and room lights made it very convenient to use from anywhere in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable executive suite with all the things in the room, eg tv, coffee maker although the coffee maker was troublesome at times, microwave, fridge etc. The sitting area and tv. Ironing board, iron and safe. It was also very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed having clean, fresh towels every day. Great shower. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant

It’s very close to Toronto Pearson airport with a free rail connection. Riding the UP express to downtown Toronto was fast and convenient. The room was very pleasant to stay in. Special mention to Mr Dwayne from the reception. Thank you for your hospitality.

One of the best hotels I've ever been (more than 300). Location is perfect, in downtown, near subway station. Stuff was very helpful, room service on the highest level. In room you have all you need, even wash machine with drying system. Highly recommend.

I'm not really a city person but it was my first trip to Canada and I wanted to explore it fir a couple of days. I enjoyed visiting Casa Loma and Allan Gardens and the hop on hop off bus was a great way to see the main areas of the city centre. If I returned with my husband we'd go to more areas hut I didn't feel I wanted to go to some areas on my own.

Mississauga is a suburban part near Toronto. Is has quiet neighborhoods and plenty of options to buy groceries or shop. The roads around Mississauge can be quite busy during the morning and late evening rush hours, plan your trip before you go to Toronto or in the direction of Hamilton. It is well placed as a base for trips to Toronto or Niagara Falls. Also the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton is very nice museum with enthusiasts actively restoring aircraft you can talk to. There are also plenty of conservation areas around Mississauge and Hamilton!

Brampton seems like a pleasant place.

Brampton seems like a pleasant place. The bus service is regular and there is a GO Train station. It is convenient to Toronto,Mississauga and even driveable to Niagara Falls. Brampton is clean and well kept.

I am dissatisfaction extremely , the bath no shampoo no conditioner .the personel in front desk has not provide complete information . the wifi not working in room the last one i undrestood 2 times charges deducted my account its awful service , i check out july 13 and now july 16 deducted hotel charges yesterday night when i call no explantion . what are you doing with such services ............

Always love a trip to Toronto from Kingston , lots to see and do , ie : went to the Royal winter fair , used the street cars to get around easily , enjoyed the restaurants , had a gift card for the spaghetti factory . Most places easy to walk out street cars.

A lively place to visit. Ridgeway Plaza is a must visit, specially for food lovers. Mississauga is a convenient place to stay to visit Toronto, Niagara Falls, Kingston. Also there are lots of parks and lakes to visit around Mississauga.

We were there for our Grandson’s hockey tournament so didn’t have time to sightsee. Industrial area. Hotel met our needs very well. Close to the arena, Costco, Home Depot and other stores. Restaurants close by.

This hotel's staff were audaciously asking for 20% tips at breakfast. When we carried no cash, we were even ask to charge it to our room service bills. We are a senior couple travelling from U.S. and this was our first and last time to Hilton Garden Inn at Markham (Highway 7 and Highway 404). Very bad experience.

Always enjoy visiting Toronto.

Always enjoy visiting Toronto. With a Presto card it is very easy to get from the airport by train and travel around the city in the subway and for looking round the city in comfort, by tram. Loads of local places to eat and the harbour front has come on in spades as a relaxed place to be over the years. The city is lively, full of nice people and far less hassle than most large cities, particularly as the transport is so easy.

Was going to show at Budweiser stage. Waterside Inn's proximity to Port Credit GO station was a major consideration, just a short walk ( 7 minutes ) through a pleasant hospitality district and clean residential area directly to terminal door. Very convenient for trip to GO Exhibition stop / Ontario Place.
