We had a room with two double beds. Room was a good size and clean. Staff were great and there were two restaurants on-site. Food and service was great too. Their Halloween outfits were very good too!

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and staff seemed very concerned that we'd be angry - the place is relatively new and there were a couple of other guests who were engaged in quite aggressive conversations with other staff at the time. Seems like there are some issues that need ironing out. However I have no complaints, we were given a beer each, went to park the car across the street, and by the time I returned the room was ready. Room was perfect, bed was huge, swimming pool was a welcome addition. It was only a layover but would have happily spent another night. I think the staff member who helped us might have been called Vern or something similar. He was a really nice guy.

It was an excellent facility. But most memorable was the staff - the manager was wonderful. He worked diligently to address an issue with the booking process - a problem not of his making, I might add. Really wonderful.

Fantastic view and close proximity to the ocean. Lovely garden with patios and chairs though the weather did not allow for much use of it. We enjoyed walking on the beach and found downtown Qualicum beach beautiful and very convenient. The flat itself was beautifully decorated and well furnished. We would have loved to have stayed longer!
