The quality of everything was excellent - above expectations. The staff were just SO friendly from check in, round the pool, housekeeping, the restaurant. We've never been to a hotel with such friendly staff Room fittings are excellent and it was really comfortable. USB points by the bed and really fast USB on the desktop. Great Wi-Fi around the entire resort. If you're from the UK be prepared for sky high prices but thats the island rather than the hotel. One night we had a KFC delivery which was $78 !!!!!!! If you go out for dinner a cab each way will be $20-$25 without a tip The pool is the best I've been in in my life (and I'm 73 now). Its 1.3m all over so ideal for me as a non swimmer to just stand in and relax. Views over the beach and the sea. Watch the cruise liners coming in and out. Just perfect The resort is at the right end of the beach as the waves are gentlest and it has the least loose eel grass.

There is a beautiful balcony which overlooks the pool. The staff was there cleaning the pool every day. The place in general was imaculant.
