Everything! This place is just something else! The owners are amazing, you can tell the hotel is their baby and they look after like nowhere else I have been. Super cleaned, amazing host, gorgeous grounds, lovely bedrooms, perfect breakfast, all fresh and home made and the best of all a little sausage Fogg called Catherine, who will made you fall in love with her! The peace of this place contagious and the beach around (Pernambuco beach) is stunning! Do your self a favour and book a holiday here you will love it 😍

Awesome location, friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast, free to use rooftop pool-jacuzzi (there's also a bar there, as there is on the 1st floor), a little gym free to use, vallet parking in front of the hotel (30 BR / day), big mall connected to the hotel and shops-restaurants all around. Very near to the beach. I really loved this hotel and when in Santos, i will come here again! Free coffee in the lobby. In terms of location, I would only choose one near the beach (such as this), because the beachfront is the prettiest part of Santos.

It's a beach town, so don't expect high-end restaurants or the likes. Tombo beach is lovely, service in most places is very good (if not always that professional or English-capable), and the vibe is relaxed.

Our visit to Santos was for departing on MSC Grandiosa crossing to Europe Genoa. Therefore site seeing was limited. But what we saw was great and friendly People. From Sao Paolo, Guarolhos Airport, we made use of COMETA bus services to Santos Bus terminal. Excellent and affordable, from Santos bus Terminal we used a Taxi' to The Studio as well as to MSC Cruise Terminal.

Praia Grande was everything l dreamt of people we met were very hospitable we made friends the only thing we did not manage to engage ourselves in is site seeing it was raining most of the time and we had shorter time next time we will have flexibility in time. l will have to make sure the property has at list one staff that is multilingual who will care for foreign clients and who is well trained in PR that l found it lacking for they should have notified us that the kitchen is no longer in existence so we wouldn`t waste money buying groceries and still be eating out

Great beach with nice places to go around if you are driving...

Great beach with nice places to go around if you are driving, examples are: Prainha Branca, Praia do Tombo, Boraceia and Maresias beach, Pão de Açucar grocery store at Riviera de São Lourenço, waterfalls around the area (ask a local), you will have to drive and take the ferry.

RESTAURANTS WERE GOOD AND IN EASY WALKING DISTANCE, YOU HAD TO USE BECAUSE THIS HOTEL IN MY EYE DIDN'T HAVE ONE AS ADVERTISED.THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED WHEN YOU NEED IT. lUNCH AND EVENINGS. I WOULD CALL IT A BREAKFAST FOOM. THE BATHROOM/SHOWER ROOM IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR THE LARGER PERSON,NO SPACE TO TURN OR EVEN ENTER THE SHOWER . LOCATION IS VERY GOOD THOUGH.

Is the best city I know in Brasil, because the beaches, the people, infrastructure, food,etc. You can walk safety close the the beach at any time and nobody bothers you or ask for money. We were at Boqueirao where you notice very educated people on spite were carnival days with many people coming from Sao Paulo. I never saw a drunk or a homeless during my stay and you can see a lot of police men taking care of the order. A very nice place to visit several times with modernity and confort everywhere.

i liked the restaurant near the main road of the city, i believe 10km distant form the hotel. there was a mechanic close to the hotel and the staff pointed me to this place to fix my back door which was not closing. the mechanic didn[t charge for the fixing... and fixed that with a screwdriver in a minute, even stopping to attend another car. So was really helpful and efficient.

I really loved this apartment.. everything was perfect. Adriano is a great host, he is the best. He helped us a lot. Very useful and nice. Gave us many tips and even gifts. For sure, when I come back to Guaruja, I’ll stay in his place.

I love everything - staff, cleanliness, breakfast, ambiance, the facilities are amazing, support and assitance from staff, concierge service is excellent - they provide towels - nice ones, they provide converter sockets, descent food. We have been to Brazil before and stayed in the Blue Tree Towers in Sao Paulo, Tatuape - there is no comparison in terms of cost and quality of service and cleanliness etc. We will be using Sheraton Santos Hotel again. I pray they keep up the standard of service.
