Very nice building in a prime location. Easy to walk around and visit parks and the monuments and landmarks. They have rooms with a view of the beautiful cathedral. The rooms were spacious with all basic amenities. Lots of pillows and a mini bar, things you don't see much of nowadays. I have stayed before and always been lucky to get a room with excellent view. Breakfast was basic, but it was adequate to start the day. Parking is directly infront of the hotel. Perfect location to have a feeling of City of Pleven.

I liked everything. There was hair blower, iron, clotes dryer on the terrace, extra blankets, extra bed that was folded, Tv in every room, desk. There was broshures of places you can visit, 2 keys for the front door, shoe sponge, soap, shampoo, even sanitary napkins, canned food and basically everything you need in a home. Our stay there was perfect.
