The receptionists and hotel manager were polite and welcoming answering any questions! Both times we stayed in this hotel we arrived at lunchtime and they let us check-in early after I gave them only few hours notice in advance of my arrival time! The hotel boasts an quiet and peaceful location, within easy walking distance of superb restaurant and the picturesque Park Kaylaka. There was no noise in the rooms, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and beds were comfortable so we had a very good night sleep. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated especially the twin room that we stayed the first night. There were fridge, toiletries and towels provided in the room.

It's just a great place to stay in Pleven. Parking, kinda important, is free and definitely a plus. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pretty polite. A/C worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy. Wifi was fast and reliable. The sauna was also very well-equipped for use, and the breakfast was fantastic. Very vibrant and fresh ambient. Nice architecture and decoration! No noise coming from the street. We would stay here again. The location of the hotel is excellent. Perfectly value for money in Pleven!
