The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

The hotel has all the amenities that allow you to relax, enjoy fun activities, and rest. Mineral water pools, spa center, fitness room, billiards, bowling alley. The staff is unobtrusively helpful, extremely polite and always available. The food is excellent. Compliments to the chef. The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation. Hygiene is at a high level. Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

The room was spacious, and we had a wonderful mountain view from the balcony. The pool was amazing. The indoor playground is not very large, but it's well equipped. The variety of foods for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and the food was tasty. There were parking spots available in front of the hotel. The TV had Netflix and YouTube without ads.

Everything was at the highest level possible. From the bed and the room to all the facilities in the hotel. Staff was helpfull and very kind and wanting to help in any given time. Been to every meal they had and the food is vary from something traditional to international. Litterally no complaints! Would come back again for sure!

Wonderful town that provides many opportunities to have fun. Very organized ski center (even though the lift is quite expensive - 59 Euro/Day). Many good taverns for traditional food. Not so many Bars. Nearby Bansko there are thermal springs and organized SPA centers to enjoy yourself and relax.

Banya is just an ordinary Bulgarian village blessed with natural gifts of hot mineral wster springs which recently have attracted the attention of hotel investors. It still has to catch up with community infrsstructure and outlook. This may be expensive but there are some cheaper and fsster option-the local council could recommend in what is viewed as emerging spa resort planting of pine trees in house yards, to engage in a project of plastering houses from outside etc. All of this while the inside hotel stay was perfect. This makes me think that investors should be required by local counvil to contribute.

Aspen Golf resort is located a few kilometers above the main road leading to Bansko. There are several smaller markets in the area. Lidl is located in Ralog, 6 km away. from the resort. The resort is located in a very quiet place in nature. Some buildings are not completed because the tourist complex is being built.

Great view, a bit distant from the big cities but that's the charm of it. Mineral water is a treasure, outdoor fun activities for the kids were much appreciated. Fantastic food, great value for the cost. Locals are super nice, make you feel more than welcome.

Bansko is an amazing place!

Bansko is an amazing place! Food is amazing, with a lot of good Mehanas (old style restaurants). You can skii in winter and trek in summer. There are numerous place to rent your skiing gear, and it's very well priced. Totally recommended!

Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs...

Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away. Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

My main reason for visiting Dobrinishte was to ride the...

My main reason for visiting Dobrinishte was to ride the amazing narrow guage railway from Septemvri. Dobrinishte is the terminus. Out of the skiing season it was quite a sleepy place but with a few restaurants to choose from. Some interesting buildings. I only stayed overnight because I was riding the rails but if I had a car there are several nearby places I would like to visit.

We came for skiing, but unfortunately it did not open as per the website, just a day later. It's a cosy town with nice food and great local beer. Banya Thermals nearby highly recommended and I guess that the whole Bansko area it is perfect when all is snowed in. We'll definitely come back when all ski slopes will be open.

We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job). We’ve booked also for February.

A nice little Bulgarian village!

A nice little Bulgarian village! There are a few good restaurants, especially the Makedonska Kruchma restaurant! If you want to dip into mineral water there is a natural mineral hot spring pool, jacuzzi at the Alpha Spa & Pool center after a long skiing day at Bansko. A quiet and relaxed little place that has a lot of charm.
