The owner was very nice and helpful. She gave us good travel tips. Good breakfast. Bus stop to Gent in front of the hotel. Online check-in was quick and easy, the key was prepared at front desk. Parking is placed in the backyard.

Our second time staying here as we visit family. Hotel staff excellent, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained. The choice at the breakfast buffet was good. Location excellent being next to the square with its bar and restaurants.

I feel the hotel was great I know there are language barriers however the girl on reception could smile a little as we tried to have a laugh with no response
