Completely effortless! No-staff hotel but leave a tip for the maid, I forgot.... Clearly defined room access. Everything as promised. Maid cleaned our apartment even during my 2 night stay!

It was cosy and comfortable! As well I appreciated the human size and the personal care and attention it allowed! I loved that my room had a bathtub and I could fully relax and rest.

Loved it 😊 The location is really nice, very peaceful and quite, just what we needed! Also very clean, spacious and everything you need is in the room (little fridge, tea kettle, fan, coffee machine, tea, coffe and water). Loved the concept with the breakfast (choosing what you want to have and having it delivered in front of the door in a little basket at the preferred time) and having it in privat on the little terrace in the morning was just wonderful, thank you 😊👍

Very nice, cozy, clean, in a small village so very peaceful. The heating was on, so it was nicely warm. Only about 15min drive from Bastogne. The owners are very nice, it's a pity that they only speak French. But they explain easily, slowly, they show everything, so it's not a problem. They live in the same house, so it was not a problem that we arrived later due to traffic jams. We were offered breakfast, but we didn't order one. There was a small welcome suprise, peanuts and candies, also coffee, tea, sugar at disposal, and kitchen well equipt. Towels, soup and shampoo also at disposal. We were very satisfied 🙂

Beautiful and charming appartment, very well furnished, clean. Very good breakfest prepared by the friendly owner. Located in a guiet authentic village.

The service is impeccable, the breakfast is absolutely delicious and the rooms/bathrooms are beautifully decorated, very compfortable and spotlessly clean. I didn't try the spa but the other guests who did said it was up to the standard of the rest of the propoerty.
