Exceptional Service During a Difficult Time I stayed at HOTEL L'AVENUE during an unexpected vehicle breakdown while travelling through the area, and I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and support. They went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. Not only was the hotel comfortable and welcoming, but the team also helped me find a local car rental company when I had no transport. Their assistance was incredibly helpful and made a huge difference during my stay. The service was truly outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Deightfully warm welcome. Outstandingly clean and comfortable! We watched the goats being milked ... to a soundtrack of classical music ... and as for breakfast, a feast of locally-produced goodies!

Loved it 😊 The location is really nice, very peaceful and quite, just what we needed! Also very clean, spacious and everything you need is in the room (little fridge, tea kettle, fan, coffee machine, tea, coffe and water). Loved the concept with the breakfast (choosing what you want to have and having it delivered in front of the door in a little basket at the preferred time) and having it in privat on the little terrace in the morning was just wonderful, thank you 😊👍

Very nice, cozy, clean, in a small village so very peaceful. The heating was on, so it was nicely warm. Only about 15min drive from Bastogne. The owners are very nice, it's a pity that they only speak French. But they explain easily, slowly, they show everything, so it's not a problem. They live in the same house, so it was not a problem that we arrived later due to traffic jams. We were offered breakfast, but we didn't order one. There was a small welcome suprise, peanuts and candies, also coffee, tea, sugar at disposal, and kitchen well equipt. Towels, soup and shampoo also at disposal. We were very satisfied 🙂

It was just perfect. Great host who made sure the hot tub was heated when we got back. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there in the kitchen etc.
