The hotel itself is amazing, clearly showcasing the care and dedication they put into restoring it to its former glory as a historical forge. Our room was incredibly nice and comfy, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Ardennes.
The breakfast was superb, featuring a delicious spread of home-made delicacies like cakes and preserves—a wonderful start to the day. We loved our stay and will definitely come back to this beautiful, welcoming spot!

The chalet is fantastic, and the pellet fireplace makes the space even more cosy and inviting.The apartment had bed linen but no towels initially; however, we asked and the host kindly brought them straight away, which was wonderful.

This is a place from a fairytale! Every detail in this family house has its character and you can feel how much effort and love was invested in it. Impressive nature around. When you drive through the town, you cannot even imagine how much beauty awaits for you at this B&B. We enjoyed so much walking near the property: you cross a bridge over a small river and have a view on the small forest and fields. Also, close to the house there are fields where horses are kept - we took a while to adore them. Many thanks to George for showing us their beautiful garden and the water mill! It was interesting to see all those family pictures around the house as well.
Hosts were sweet and flexible, taking in consideration that we made kind of the last-minute reservation in the afternoon when they did not expect it and were in Bruxelles :). We had a very special breakfast with tasty cheese, home-made bread & jams (the apricot one with rosemary is special) & apple juice. It also was an unexpected and interesting experience to cut the boiled egg with a special tool. Little dog was a lovely and cute bonus.

It is a very nice house in a quiet village. We immediately felt at home, when we arrived the house was warm and a candle lit on the table. We forgot to bring bedlinen and towels but Philippe was immediately willing to help us out and brought us a set of spare ones. He was also willing to answer questions about the area.

a small town, not lot to do.
a small town, not lot to do. But nature and cute villages are at drivable distance. It's very quite and peaceful. We stayed 4 nights, visited Dinant and nature areas close by. Three nights is also enough.

Beautiful location deep in the valley, very romantic old mill with modern upgraded rooms. Evening meal was quite good (perhaps just a little over priced) with great service. Large quantities per course, you won't go hungry! Nice breakfast with view of the garden. All round pleasant staff! And very quiet natural surrounding - great place to sleep well. Beds were fine!

Dirty, beds were used without changing linen before we arrived, used handkerchief at floor, clothes (smoking) of owner in the living room, house was for sale, as posted outside. We stayed for a second night after a gentil cleaning woman changed linen. Never again!
