Everything! From arrival we were greeted with friendly staff who couldn’t help us more if they tried! They were so accommodating and let us check in 1hr early. The food was absolutely fantastic and delicious and the speed of service was incredible and staff were attentive yet laid back all the time! The staff were fluent in English, French and Belgiun which was very helpful! We went for a walk from the hotel doorstep which was beautiful and a nice distance to walk as a family. We were super lucky to experience the snow fall too so as we wanted time to play with our daughter in the snow in the morning they kindly let us check out 1hr late also. We’d love to revisit if the opportunity came up!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It immediately felt like home. The wooden elements in the room, from floors, beams, and other details, were authentically integrated and gave the whole stay a special character. Combined with the spotless cleanliness, it was simply perfect. We would come back any time. It's an easy 10/10 for us!

We stayed for 2 nights with our baby of 1 year and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The people working here are all very kind and polite and despite being very busy they gave us personalized attention. They took care to ensure our baby is comfortable all the time, and also found us a table at the restaurant next door(which is also great). We liked the buffet breakfast as well, and with Thermes de Spa just a few minutes drive away the location was very convenient. We can’t thank them enough for the hospitality!

Wow, this place is simply lovely. When we arrived we was welcomed by Alex, with a lovely smile, explained everything to us that we needed to know, very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The panoramic view over the lake was stunning, picture postcard. My wife and daughter made use of the swimming pool which they both said was fantastic. Daughter loved the soft play area. We stayed here to attend the formula 1 race at spa francorchamps which was about 35 to 40 mins drive away. Local restaurants and shops are very close by. Would highly recommend a stay at the Beverly Weekend

The food and bread was MOLDY! All plastic food containers are from host his own fridge with broken plastic trays, milk chocopasta and juice bottles are opened and already used. Host is very rude and tells you to take your shoes off and lower the temperature before you go to sleep and when you leave. and the accommodation is really dirty! UNBELIEVABLE! Please don't go there!

We had a stunning room with a great terrace overlooking the lake. The spa is lovely though the sauna was out of order during our visit, however we were gifted with one free access to the spa once I had raised this point upon checking out, which we appreciated. The decoration in the hotel is also lovely, and the food in the restaurant was really tasty.

Excellent and clean spa, sauna and steam room. It’s not as awesome as the Caracalla Therme in Baden Baden, but it makes up for it in scenic beauty and atmosphere. The staff is multilingual and speaks French, Dutch, German and English.

We were just passing through and only staying one night so we didn't really see Malmedy at all. However, the apartment was very Beautiful and clean and airy and bright and the location was very good, being about 1 km outside the town up on the hill in the countryside

The Waimes Area of villages near to the Hautes Fagnes is...

The Waimes Area of villages near to the Hautes Fagnes is okay but we prefer the other side of the border; Eifel. The villages are nicer and the facilities better (shops, supermarkets, points of interests) We had a lot of snow so the Hautes Fagnes were beautiful! In Spring or autumn we would prefer the Eifel for a better landscape withmore diversity and valleys, mountains. A combination is perfect.

Cannot truthfully give one. That is not a negative review. We went to a nearby town to find a restaurant which was fine when we had a meal at 20.00hrs approximately. Although in Belgium the feel of the place was reminiscent of Germany. The clue is in the name I guess.

The perfect start of a beautiful experience.

The perfect start of a beautiful experience. Getting around was a little tricky in the beginning (we booked a Hotel off-road and GPS didn't show it correctly, but we found old school sign posts. We consider the area (river Hoëgne valley) Belgium's Puck's Glenn (if you know where that is). It's a walk with beautiful cascades and bridges along a very active river. The scenery is amazing. Would highly recommend Le Chalet du Pont de Belleheid, an inn/restaurant with terrace overlooking the Hoëgne, the perfect place to have a coffee to start the walks, or have a good meal when you return. Lotsa parking around, you can even drive THROUGH the river ("pont", it's not really a bridge) to have more parking spaces. Accessible for people with less mobility.

Francorchamps is a very small town (village).

Francorchamps is a very small town (village). There isn't much to see or do but we were there for the Formula 1 so there was a good atmosphere and sufficient bars/restaurants to have a good variety.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The food from the on-site restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. Really close to the Spa racing circuit but also secluded away from traffic and more tourist locations, great place to unhook from technology and just enjoy the peace and quiet.

The Eifel Nature Reserve, is simply a beautiful Area, inviting you for nice hikes through the forested Area and it's beautiful Lakes. In addition, a number of man make Lakes, used as drinking water reservoirs for the whole of Belgium, can be found in the surrounding Area, as well as the Hohes Venn - Eifel, where visitors experience a wide variety of landscapes, such as raised bogs, limestone basins and other natural beauties, as well as Signal de Botrange, the highest Point of Belgium - but don't worry, at 694 metres (2,277 feet) you will not need any Oxygen to get there.

Spa’s a lovely town with much going for it…. The only downside I encountered was that some idiot took it upon themselves to put stickers over my car… it only takes one muppet to ruin what was a really nice stay!

A quaint little town in Brussels.

A quaint little town in Brussels. Even with the Grand Prix nearby, it was never too crowded or noisy. We visited the Cathedrale Saint Pierre, and then explored the nearby Plaza which had small local restaurants surrounding it. Despite its size, they had complete amenities and facilities for tourists -- supermarkets, laundromats.
