No breakfast at the hotel but got coffee and pastries at the coffee shop all the time and it was great. Got to visit the "Mexican" restaurant, but it was only pretty, the food was disappointing. Their drinks were ok, but the food was nauseating.

Quiet pool didn't visit, but other quests enjoyed. . 3 bars, beautiful swing bar, main bar, and second beach bar. Disco, again, great fun, bar inside the disco as well. Staff was helpful, engaging, and interactive. Really create a beautiful welcoming environment. Room, I was in the court, room 603, loved the room. Newly updated, great ac unit, mini fridge, desk, chairs. I didnt get the opportunity to view the bungalow, however; I'm sure they're beautiful! Next time for sure. Definitely returning customer, planning on revisiting at Christmas! MAY2023

Beautiful hotel, on the hill with spectacular views. Our bungalow had its own little private pool and a very private huge garden on the hill. Waking up, we had the view of the sunrise and the ocean from above. The private beach below is small but really beautiful, with comfy beds all over and great food/snacks/drinks.

San Juan has a lot of activities to do like walking around beautiful and crowded streets full of tourist. hospitality of the parishioners and monks from st francis assisi church were amazing! we were invited to join their christmas carolling where we sung on the streets and eventually went to a big house where we were welcome to socialize, eat and drink their coquito. what an amazing experience of culture!!! we will be back again..

Willemstad was a nice city experience with lots of restaurants and shops to visit. I like that the harbour with the floating bridge is a main attraction you can see and experience for free. I walked the bridge and rode the free ferry several times.The city also has museums to visit and lots of art and murals to admire. Its pretty easy to walk around but wear comfortable shoes and a hat because it gets REALLY hot. Traveling solo I mainly explored in the daytime: Otra Banda walking tour with Dundu Tours, visited the Jewish Museum, and the Kura Hulanda museum, shopped in the Riffort, had lunch and dinner harbour side, and at Burger Haus and went down to the old market "Plasa Bleu" and had lunch there as well.

The entertainment staff made you feel welcomed. The dining was excellent. Great food and service. We were impressed. Thanks to the staff in the Rose Hall Dining area especially Darren and Trudy Ann. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. We enjoyed the karaoke too.

A relaxed beach town, and major step-off point for trips to Saona Island. The place is buzzing at the start and end of the day when island trips depart and return, but otherwise it's relaxed and friendly. Plenty of places to eat and drink at night. Overall, far more liberty to wander and take trips than if you're stuck at a resort :-)

I prefer Eagle Beach over Palm Beach.

I prefer Eagle Beach over Palm Beach. It more quiet and luxurious beach. The sand was fine with a golden hue. The chairs are much more accessible and the local eateries are easier to book around Eagle Beach. In contrast, Palm Beach was very rocky and much more active being along the larger hotel chains.

Food was not good.

Food was not good. Service at the Buffet could have been much better. Rooms need attention. Lights need to be brighter, fans need controls, our door lock needed repair to lock. No water pressure in sink. The resort was attractive & kept clean.

The beaches are fantastic and the drives around the area are beautiful. We found the restaurant options limited, but maybe we just did not explore adequately. El Limón nice, but it is very muddy and very slippery. Make sure you have very good hiking shoes and are ready for a legitimate hike. People who took horses there looked miserable and did the horses. If you do it do not take a guided trip. I would just go on your own. The beaches are beautiful. Be careful driving onto the Semana Peninsula, we got hit by a speed trap and had to pay $80 on the spot or go to jail. It was a scam but really had no way to fight it.
