Loved the accommodation, peacefulness, and location. The accommodation was super clean and tidy. Enjoyed just relaxing and taking in the lovely surroundings. Big shout out to Audry, who made our stay exceptional. Waking up to the horses close by was a really nice touch. Time went too quickly, and I will be booking another break at Krishna Farm Retreat.

Driving down the driveway we saw a sign which made us laugh which kind of set the scene for us. We stayed in a beautifully restored church in the Glass House Mountains, and it was an unforgettable experience. The space was incredibly generous, with high ceilings and a peaceful atmosphere that truly honoured the building’s history. The attention to detail was outstanding…every corner featured unique furnishings and décor pieces from the era, thoughtfully chosen to keep the charm and character of the original church alive. It felt warm, welcoming, and full of personality. One of the highlights was the property itself. There were numerous fruit trees scattered around the grounds, and we were able to wander through and taste a variety of exotic Australian fruits — finger limes, mangoes, jackfruit and more. It was such a unique and memorable experience. A perfect blend of heritage, comfort, and natural beauty. Highly recommended for anyone wanting something special and unforgettable.

The place was beautiful! I think I was expecting to have an older place, but everything was all modern, updated and beautifully new! With the option of two spa baths 😍 We has the fridge stocked! Which was great value for the money as well. Very much grateful for that. And also, the stove top in the kitchen wasn't the most effective but all the cooking appliances in the cupboards were all new and working great so we had options of an electric frying pan, a portable electric stove top cooker which gave us options to cook outside if we wanted, and even an air fryer! We had absolutely everything we needed! The only thing we didn't have much of was phone signal but that was a great excuse to unwind. Everything was so clean and tidy, and presented beautifully! Which helped me with my proposal plans to my partner 🥰 Thankyou so much for the beautiful accommodation and memorable experience! We are very much looking forward to staying again!

Located close to the historic village on the Montville Maleny scenic drive. Lush green, has a tropical rainforest on premises, beautifully landscaped. Inspired by French luxury. Has an amazing restaurant Long Apron on the property. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. Around the property, lots of scenic drives, walks and activities in a 30 minute radius, in the Sunshine coast hinterlands.

Everything was amazing! The location is great and close to Maleny and Montville for little trips as well as finding waterfalls. The cottage was spectacular and the views from the daybed were magical, especially when I fractured my ankle on a walk and had to spend the next day relaxing out on the balcony. Daily breakfast delivered to the room was delicious and the service and care from Emily was beyond expectations.

It was so much more than we expected. The walk down to the cottage was a delight and our Hosts Alen an Ayrna just topped of our stay. Plus it's the attention to detail that really makes this place so special. You also have plenty to do with in a short drive to keep you occupied if just relaxing in your cottage isn't enough to fill your time.

Maleny is a lovely town which still feels like a community while having a bakery, an IGA, art galleries, a lot of restaurants to choose from. They have all types of accommodation on the edge of the town centre where we stayed but also in the middle of town. The IGA was a godsend when we lost our power due to the storms as we had brought food with us that would have spoiled if we couldn't get ice. IGA remained open (assumed that they had a big generator) so we were able to get ice and was able to save our food. Very friendly people in all of the shops and stores we went into which was just lovely.

Nambour is an old established town but it provides easy and quick access to the Sunshine Coast( around 20 mins to the Sunshine Coast airport) where accommodation could be considerably more expensive. My stay in the Nambour Heights Motel was directly opposite the Nambour Hospital and relatively close to other places in the area. It was 11 minutes from the Buderim Ginger Factory and very close to the Big Pineapple. Also close to the Bli Bli water ski park which appeared to be a huge complex.

My favourite Italian restaurant was open. So a hot pizza on a cold night made all the difference to our stay. The local store has a great variety of foods for snacks or dinner and then it's nice just to walk around and explore the town.

The main attraction in Beerwah is Australia Zoo but we actually skipped the zoo this time and opted out for a quieter and more peaceful trip. There are so many beautiful landscapes and walks to enjoy in the area and it's only a short drive to Maleny or Montville as well. If you are seeking a relaxing experience, I'd definitely recommend visiting those two little towns. We enjoyed the Thai Restaurant in Maleny and strolls through the streets of Montville followed by a hearty lunch at The Edge Restaurant. We also visited the Botanic Gardens & Bird Sanctuary in Maleny which was AMAZING!

Friendly informative staff.

Friendly informative staff. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family. Probably best to let staff know when arriving so can have aircon on before getting there. Took awhile to cool down but otherwise fabulous spot and great location to zoo. Would stay again.

Situated in the hinterland mountains of the Sunshine Coast, this area has great appeal. Good restaurants, boutique shops, and wonderful scenic walks, or for the less active, plenty of scenic drives. Whether swimming under waterfalls, or enjoying excellent food this area is an excellent choice.

Great property for family travelling with ensuite bathrooms.

Great property for family travelling with ensuite bathrooms. The property is dated but it meats the style of an old Queenslander. If it was modernised would spoil character.Great wrap round verandah which is gated and can be closed off for young children to safely play. Plenty of utensils and crockery etc in the kitchen, some older adding to the character Will be back to explore this property walking opportunities, dam, ,cattle and horse further

Palmwoods is a cute little town in the Sunshine Coast...

Palmwoods is a cute little town in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. It is a short scenic drive to Montville and Maleny, and an easy drive to Maroochydore and other coastal spots. Local eating places of note are Piggyback (Asian fusion - delicious!), Ric's Garage (burgers and shakes, American diner style - fun!), The Shed (coffee, cakes, new & 2nd hand interiors/furniture) and Chew Chew Bistro (licensed bistro, local produce). Plus a quality fish & chippery, and good bakery. Lots of places to explore and try.
