Beautiful hotel. We only stayed one night as we were meeting up with my brother and his wife who had been there a couple of days with my elderly mother. My mother had an accessible room which was great for her. Wonderful service from a range of delightful staff. The dinner is the restaurant was fabulous. Not a cheap experience but an exceptional experience.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent pizzas at the restaurant downstairs. Bathrooms clean and room was perfect.

I booked this room as a back-up for a work call, particularly because of its high Wi-Fi ratings. While I didn't actually end up staying overnight, I still wouldn't hesitate to rate this hotel highly based on what I experienced. The lady at reception was absolutely lovely and accommodating, real angel. I came in huffing & puffing with stress and a short timeframe, but she made everything super easy and simple. The room itself was perfectly set up, modern, clean, and the WiFi was great. While there wasn't a dedicated work desk in my particular room, there were two chair and table set-ups that completely sufficed. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Very welcoming and although a very cold day the room was well prepared & warm. It was lovely to enjoy the main property with all its history. The breakfast was also excellent for a continental.
