Hosts are genuinely lovely people, welcoming and friendly. Location could not fault it, tranquil serenity perfect in every way. Our lodge room was spacious and inviting plenty of room. Overall the whole space was beautiful peaceful I can’t recommend it highly enough we loved our stay

I needed a cheap place to stay for a week while in town for uni and choose the studio cabin here. On arrival they had the aircon on for me which was nice after a long drive. The bed was comfy, great water pressure in the shower, fridge and microwave as well as full set of plates, cutlery etc. and the property was quiet overnight, so for the price you can't ask for more.

Agnes Water is stunning. The location of the accommodation was perfect, and it was like a paradise between trees. With a lonely Kangaroo always around. The beach is in front of you. Water stunningly clear and warm. What a place. The accommodation was so comfortable with efficient space for 4 people sharing. Loved it

A really beautiful place to stay. We had booked here so that we could attend a barrier reef day trip and we have all come away, wishing we were staying longer. It is such a quiet, peaceful area that still provides lots to do. The apartments are brilliant.

It is an older establishment, however perfect location to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and pubs. The room was clean, spacious and with modern furniture. Our balcony overlooking the main beach, with stunning views.

Gladstone has so many beautiful parks walks and water fronts...

Gladstone has so many beautiful parks walks and water fronts to spend your time in. A large variety of restaurants and plenty of shops and things to do. The nightlife also doesn’t disappoint, there are quite a few venues to choose from to go for a dance, an evening meal or to sit for a few drinks with live music. The locals were all very polite and friendly and helpful, it’s a very family friendly city and we think has a lot to offer.

The people were great but the city layout leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion it is said to be a retirement town but still wonderful to visit with all the accessible beaches and turtle nesting sites. Also the home of Bundaberg Rum so a walk through is nearly mandatory

There are walks from the famous Keppel Bay marina south of Yeppoon to Rosslyn Bay and dramatic landscapes, quarry and mountain as well as tours to the bay and reef. Yeppoon has a good selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants plus beachside walk and parks excellent for children. There is the tourist visitor centre just out of Yeppoon where there is a World Class marine and shell life museum - a must see for the whole family. Small coastal town feel with pretty much everything you would need.

Beautiful spot and wonderful beaches, surf side and the estuary. Good costal walks both sides. Not a lot of shopping, but a good variety of outlets with good food. Well stocked supermarkets. Must checkout the Gelato shop and Rusty Pelican (fish N chips) 1770

This is a nice small town with everything you need.

This is a nice small town with everything you need. Grocery stores are a 5 minute drive and smaller shops and restaurants are walkable. Much of the ocean shore is rock but there are several swimming beaches. They have a golf club, bowling club and miles of walking trails.

Loved the wide streets & centre parking. Terrific tavern - the Mayfair, near the airport on Springsure road! Helpful staff @ tourist info centre. Visited Fairbairn Dam - interesting! Great brunch @ "Blah-Blah" cafe.

Such a great location to the beach and esplanade walk. Sparkling pool with nearby birds offered a nice relaxing place to swim. Balcony had lovely view and a nice spot to have brekky. Comfortable beds and newly renovated bathroom.

A very historical town. Many Great museums

A very historical town. Many Great museums *The local Town Museum with old local buildings and a sugar train, there are great volunteers to help or self tour when it is closed. *The Chad Morgan Museum is worth a donation. *The Decay Slayer is a pharmacy that was purchased by the council to save the antique collection of pharmaceuticals collected over many years. *There is a foot path of historical information made of tiles and glass it is a great read. ^ wonderful old buildings used for cafes and small businesses.
