Brisbane is a very pretty city.

Brisbane is a very pretty city. Being able to use the water taxis was great. Enjoyed the fact that Brisbane really does address the river. The Riverwalk was really nice. Had a lovely walk through the botanic Gardens. Brisbane is easy to move around. He’s very peaceful and painful.

We loved the vibe there, we came for the music festival but stayed for 9 days as seemed a shame not to take in some cruises, can recommend the Camira, but make sure you don’t have mobility issues The stunning views over the bay and the Islands are fantastic whatever the weather, the board walk and the esplanade are really lovely. Loved KC’S with live music every night Handy having a woolies, bottle shop and pharmacy right in town We were a bit unprepared for the restaurant and bar prices We had a great couple of nights out on 1 of the islands, definitely would do that again.

Townsville is a fantastic destination with a relaxed coastal vibe, beautiful weather, and plenty to see and do. The Strand is a highlight — perfect for walking, dining, and enjoying ocean views. There are great cafes, easy access to Magnetic Island, and everything feels close and convenient. A really enjoyable place to visit and unwind.

I love the public spaces along the long esplanade in Hervey...

I love the public spaces along the long esplanade in Hervey Bay - walking, dog walking and cycling and of course, cafes and markets. There's plenty of space for everyone and the beaches are not crowded although there's not much shade on the beaches. The gentle waters are wonderful for a relaxing swim and SUP and turtle spotting. It's an easy bike ride to many local cafes (Cody's Coffee Shack is a favourite with great coffee and frappes along with Shaka Hut, Decoy and The Torq) and supermarkets. There are many good food options and we walked to dinner at the Beach House Hotel, Enzo's on the Beach and The Bayswater Grill. Fresh local seafood is also a delicious choice. There's huge, great value parmies at Craignish Hotel on Pot and Parmy Night. Ice cream for dessert at Rolled or Planet 72 is always good. I come from a regional area so also like to browse the "big shops" and also do day trips to other local areas eg. Eumundi, Gin Gin, Bargara, Agnes Waters.

Family friendly, laid back vibe with excellent accommodation and food options. Beaches are second to none and friendly people in the Caloundra regions. Highly recommend for anyone who wants sun, sand, great place to stay and food. Excellent pubs, clubs, cafes, restaurants. Nothing to complain about everything to praise.
