United KingdomJulie and Russell were wonderful hosts nothing was too much trouble. Ideally located for all the attractions and an easy walk into town. The bar has just been reopened and we had a drink and tapas sat in the garden area. The pool is a great bonus when returning after a day out to cool down.

We loved the time in Moama & Echuca and the Perricoota Vines Retreat was excellent value for money. Relaxing jacuzzi, comfortable beds, and clean apartment. Out kid loved the ping pong and billiard tables. We also played tennis and basketball. Short drive to the Echuca warf. Take the lantern tour at night (not that scary, but interesting stories from the past times).

my son and I were traveling from NZ we each had a room with a queen bed. The staff were absolutely lovely. We were concerned about seeing creepy crawlies in the room, but we didn't even see a fly. We were able to come and go freely no matter the time. It was perfect for what we needed 😊.

This trip was to relax which my adult son and I did. He went for walks around Echuca and liked it very much. Went for an evening cruise on the Emmylou and had a great trip and great food. Really enjoyed it.

I come up for the Echuca blues Festival but prefer to stay...
I come up for the Echuca blues Festival but prefer to stay in Moama its a nice quiet Town and only a few Klm to Echuca, has changed a lot since the 70s. About $20.00 for a cab into Echuca. Should have a bus running constant for the Blues fes as parking can be a nightmare. The Blues bus runs on the Saturday only which I think is free.
Moama RSL does great food.

The town has plenty of interesting memorabilia from the days of river transport. The Port of Echuca has been faithfully maintained for tourism. Excellent walks along the Campaspe and Murray. Short walk across to Moama on the country’s oldest bridge spanning the Murray river. Paddle steamer rides are well worth taking. The Paramount Cinema/Theatre is commendable. Vibrant shopping (old world and modern), many choices of restaurants and hotels. The town has historical markers throughout.

Wide variety of restaurants cafes, motels and bakeries in Echuca and Moama make for a very pleasant stay. The historic Port of Echuca with access to the paddle steamer river boats is a great attraction.
The monthly Sunday market in Moama and the regular races at the Echuca Race track offer enjoyable experiences even during the winter months.

I arrived there on a south-western NSW adventure, travelling alone. The weather was very hot, being the start of December, and traffic was busy with drivers trying to get to their destinations and out of the heat. The shopping centre was popular, of course, with ample parking, and many places to have a meal.

Plenty of activity’s for all ages or just beautiful to find a tree and sit under and watch river flowing by or read a book . Bird life amazing. Rsl , bowling club, and rich river were great for night life plenty of things happening , good food . Or plenty of restaurants great little town for shopping gift shops, lollie shop
