The stay at the hotel was really, really pleasant and very fun. Service - everywhere we encountered excellent service, at the reception, in the spa, room cleaning staff and in the dining room. Excellent service! Special thanks to Anita Weinzelf. Dining room - very good breakfast. Excellent dinner with a buffet of salads and soups and an excellent chef's main course served at the table (meat/fish/vegetarian) and excellent desserts. we had our own table with our name on it during the entire stay. It was excellent Rooms - The room was spacious, heated, very clean, comfortable beds and a balcony. Arrival - we arrived by train and asked a shuttle to pick us up from the station right on time. Spa - there is the hotel's private spa which is great, clean, has several saunas, a jacuzzi pool, lots of sitting areas and rest rooms. High level spa! In addition to this, there is the public spa that you can enter with a chip watch that you receive on the first day and allows entry to any place and activity in the hotel. The hotel lobby and bar are very pleasant, beautifully designed and spacious for sitting.Communication - the hotel responded to us on every question and request before our arrival and it was really excellent for us

The hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff, from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff were all amazing, super kind, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and safe. The check-in is fast and comfortable, the information at the check in is given very professionally by amazing reception staff. The hotel is located just next to many stores, restaurants, wellness resorts and pools and surrounded by nature. The hotel offers many indoor and outdoor activities and they are also pet friendly. The rooms are super clean, housekeeping staff is also very quiet in the mornings, the breakfast is absolutely amazing. The buffet is huge, always full, clean, the food is wonderful, the staff at the breakfast is super kind and attentive. We felt taken care of at all times. They offer whatever one’s heart can desire and more. The restaurant offers amazing mini versions of their local foods in the form of Tapas, which I think was really incredible since we got to try many dishes in one go. All of the ingredients are extremely fresh and locally produced. Honestly, we were above happy and already made a new reservation to return to this lovely hotel. Thank you dear Team Jufa Badradkesburg, everyone id extremely lovely, cannot wait to be back!

Very nice and friendly staff, very flexible and helpful when we needed to solve our late check-in due to a few hours delay. Available late in the late evening hours to help solve a problem we faced. First and foremost, I love the staff. Accomodating, helpful, kind. Some mentioned that there's small variety of food at breakfast, but for me it was just perfect. I liked the news leaflet at breakfast, too. The room was big and clean, perhaps it was just a little bit too hot during the day, but I was mostly outside anyway. The bed was comfortable. 2 saunas were enough for the amount of people in the spa. The Finnish sauna failed at heating twice, but the staff was able to fix the issue. The location is perfect, near train station, next to the Slovenian border, within nostalgic streets of old town, surrounded by thermal park and a lot of greenery, and lake. The grocery stores are nearby.

We are trying out various spas in the Styrian "Thermen & Vulkanland". We appreciated visiting in the off-season (January) and enjoyed the inside and outside thermal swimming pools and five different saunas. The dinner was really excellent and good value for money. Can only recommend taking the half-board.

This is a dreamland with a lot of possibilities rounded by the NATURE (with capital letters). I love Hunderwasser's buildings, so all of the small details of this building was a suprise for me.

There are also two spa in the village.

There are also two spa in the village. H2O is visited by many families with children. We preferred the Heilthermen. Here you could really relax in peace and quiet. There are also nice castles nearby (e.g. Herberstein) which are worth a visit.
