Everything. The facilities, quirky decor, spa, pool, service, breakfast, incredible meals, sitting by the fire in the beautiful bar, your skis and boots sitting ready for you in morning, the free popcorn machine and candy stall in the foyer, the real fire in the room and the balcony with a Mountain View. Did I mention the staff? This beautiful team of people are incredible. Fabulous, quiet location 12 minutes walk up the hill from the Galzig telecabin. There are good apres ski bars near this lift, plus good ski hire options. The hotel has its own bus stop on the free local bus route around the village. Brilliant hotel restaurant, with really attentive high quality service too. The five course evening meals are some of the best we’ve ever had anywhere! There’s a lovely good sized swimming pool and a great sauna and steam room too. Fabulous breakfast too, offering just about anything you could ever want. Free prompt pick up / drop off service to the train station. The staff were friendly and very attentive.

Great variety of food served with our stay everyday (we loved the salad bar that comes with dinner in particular). We really enjoyed using the wellness centre (which has a pool, sauna and steam room) after a day of hard skiing. The driver Goran was very friendly and helped us to and from the train station, as well as to and from the gondolas everyday. The reception was always ready to help with anything and very understanding when we had to change our group size prior to arriving, despite issues we faced due to Booking.com customer service. Would be happy to stay again!

Very friendly, helpful and professional family team run the hotel. Classic Austrian alpine decor and cleanliness. More than tolerant of our two young energetic kids threatening to destroy the peace! Ski bus runs like clockwork every 15min to the two main lifts in St Anton and stops a stones throw from the hotel. We also used the same bus to travel for free from the train (terminal West) station to the hotel. Nice spa facilities. Good breakfast and afternoon tea. Dinner is reasonably priced and flexible if doing half board.

A very warm and comfortable hotel with a beautiful interior, sauna, swimming pools, everything was on the point and clean. Wonderful and friendly staff! The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the ski resort and the very good thing is that the hotel offers regular transportation in both directions to the ski resort. Practical for renting equipment in the nearby Intersport with an additional discount with the hotel. I would come back to this hotel again. :)

Excellent cuisine and very generous for all meals, complemented by an extensive wine cellar. Staff very considerate and helpful and provided useful advice on where to ski based on weather conditions. Spa facilities comprehensive and very relaxing after a day's physical activities. Rooms and communal facilities maintained spotlessly clean. A great hotel for skiing or summer hiking or just to get away from it all.
