Fresh and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and truly a ski-in and out location, as the ski storage room was literally a few meters from the slopes. Everything worked as we had hoped and had no issues during our stay in early March 2023. When booking a room here during the skiing high season it's good to know that the hotel is close to the most popular after-ski venues. This means that there's a lot of happening around the hotel and there are plenty of venues to enjoy drinks or refreshments after a day on the slopes. Also, the hotel takes good precautions to prevent the traffic and noise (which usually ends around 8-9pm) from the venues from disturbing your stay.

Wonderful hotel. Very good location with direct access to the ski lift. The hotel is comfortable, cosy and breaths the traditional Austrian atmosphere with high quality facilities, luxurious interiors and a fine dinner experience. Putting a rating on just this would already make this a top place to stay in a fantastic ski area. This hotel however is so much more than a great place to sleep, relax and eat. The true differentiator of this hotel is that it is a place with a soul. It provides a genuine taste of Austria, carefully hosted by three generations of the family and with a great heart for customers. The moment we entered the hotel we were surrounded by the warmth and friendliness of the family and staff. We enjoyed the warm welcome, the caring staff, the personal touch, the friendly conversations with the family and Sandra's commitment and secret tip to provide us the best experience for our day on the slopes. This year we came as strangers looking for a place to stay but next year we will have a place to come home to.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. While it may be slightly older, everything is maintained in excellent condition—everything works perfectly, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional, almost like fine dining by local standards. The meals were diverse, delicious, and beautifully presented. The location is unbeatable—close to the ski lifts and set in a breathtaking area, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The spa facilities are outstanding, featuring multiple saunas, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi—all beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. Everything was superb and exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It truly offers an experience that is above and beyond in every way!

Great variety of food served with our stay everyday (we loved the salad bar that comes with dinner in particular). We really enjoyed using the wellness centre (which has a pool, sauna and steam room) after a day of hard skiing. The driver Goran was very friendly and helped us to and from the train station, as well as to and from the gondolas everyday. The reception was always ready to help with anything and very understanding when we had to change our group size prior to arriving, despite issues we faced due to Booking.com customer service. Would be happy to stay again!

Very friendly, helpful and professional family team run the hotel. Classic Austrian alpine decor and cleanliness. More than tolerant of our two young energetic kids threatening to destroy the peace! Ski bus runs like clockwork every 15min to the two main lifts in St Anton and stops a stones throw from the hotel. We also used the same bus to travel for free from the train (terminal West) station to the hotel. Nice spa facilities. Good breakfast and afternoon tea. Dinner is reasonably priced and flexible if doing half board.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. When I booked there was only an option to have both: breakfasts and dinners included. However, I was having dinners out with my family who was visiting. The hotel returned me money for dinners. Such a nice gesture. Also, when I checked out the last day I still went for skiing, they kindly provided me with the card for a ski room where I could have taken a shower and changed after skiing. Very attentive staff!

St Christoph is well placed to ski St Anton or link up...

St Christoph is well placed to ski St Anton or link up through Stuben and the newer lifts to Zurs and Lech. Probably not the best for nightlife ... but we weren't looking for that! All else is top class and, because it is smaller, there's a touch of exclusivity.
