We had a problem with the air condition that wasn’t working in the first room and they were nice to give us an upgraded room in the new building. ATTENTION my review is for the second only room, because the first room was in the old building and wasn’t really good, was quite oldish actually. So for the second room that we had it was very spacious, super new, very clean. We were completely late for our checkout but were very kind as well. Swimming pool amazingly beautiful

One of the most relaxing beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The staff were so attentive and looked after us, and there was a lovely calm atmosphere throughout. Lovely plentiful breakfast and the restaurants were great. Lots of choice. The swimming pools were delightful and it was great to have an adults only pool, overlooking the river and in the most magnificent grounds in the jungle. Such a wonderful and memorable experience, and definitely a hotel to visit.

The ladies managing the place very kind and helpful. Clean room, clean common areas. We were allowed early checkin, so could rest before visiting the falls. Breakfast is simple but multiple choices and they always kept an eye to have enough of everything. Good location, close to the centre and bus station. Definitely recommend for a short stay.
