We had an absolutely incredible stay — this hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed not only by the beautiful facilities but especially by the outstanding service. The staff and management went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Argentina. A beautiful property with lush green well established landscape overlooking the mountains, a wonderful place to have a good run for my best friend/dog leash free(supervised) ~ she loves all the staff!, good walking tracks nearby, relaxing for me to prepare a nice meal for us. A functional, well-equipped practical kitchenette where everything works (best I’ve used in Argentina!). The suite is tastefully furnished, zen. The observatory deck was a nice way to spend a Saturday evening stargazing, narration included😊so nice! And the hot tub is a plus for a quiet evening to chill after dinner with a glass of wine before bedtime - viva la Galileo Boutique Hotel! Also to note is the water was a little cloudy and brown after the 2days of continuous heavy rain, to be expected up in the mountains. It soon cleared up within the day(let the tap run a bit more, it helps), we had some bottled water to standby for consumption. Thank you Juan Carlos, Maxi, Veronica for a tremendous stay. This team’s hospitality far surpass my expectations!

Gorgeous place with wonderful views. Secluded and very romantic. Our room had a picture window looking out onto the lake. Cosy place with friendly staff. We took the canoe out onto the lake one day. Lovely place to just relax and enjoy the views. Highly recommended.

It got the most beautiful view and incurable big windows, the people are really nice and helpful, good food, nice warm swimming pool and direct acces to the beach. Not far from the centre but also tranquil. Nice lighting around the complex by night. Yes, we will come back there!

I liked: 1. The location of the hotel. 2. The view of the lake. 3. The silence, which would not be there if the hotel was in the city. 4. Location was perfect to be with a rented car. Being close to Pioneros enabled us quick access to town, to the Nahuel Huapi and breweries and to Circuito Chico. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not outstanding (I am picky with coffee) but included all you need (eggs, cereals, bread, ham, cheese, etc). If you want better coffee, Delirante coffee is round the corner.

Much bigger than anticipated with associated traffic issues...

Much bigger than anticipated with associated traffic issues and almost shanty town on the Southern aspect which was the direction we approached from. There were nicer parts, but it was all a bit too overwhelming after having been in less populated parts of Argentina. The lakefront looks nice, but has a busy road along it.

Location and outdoor space Provided some sort of information about the property ie how to turn on TV, what to do with gargabe, towels etc upon departure. A little information about the area ie a nearby supermarket, a few recommendations for restaurants, cafes etc. Not much just a little

Bariloche is a beautiful place.

Bariloche is a beautiful place. The surrounding areas are magnificent in terms of scenery and atmosphere. There are many activities to do around the town and nearby like skiing, snowboarding, cable cars, chairlifts etc. The town is renowned for its many chocolate shops and vast variety of different chocolates.
