The best place to stay in Sevan I think. This place is an institution of the town, for good reason. The rooms were large, comfortable and very warm- mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are fantastic. There is a full kitchen for you to use on the property, and the hosts often prepare delicious food for you to enjoy. It is in a central location inside Sevan so it is near to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other essentials. I don't see why anyone would stay at another hotel, unless they just wanted luxury- which there is nothing wrong with.

We loved the property, the hosts were amazing and very welcoming. They made us feel at home and fed us amazing fish and wine! The poolside was beautiful and there’s a short hike right by on the mountain! Amazing stay in Yerevan :)

From CNY 253 per nightThe building is absolutely unique as historical memory. "The Chess House" as it was named by architects and then they spent 15 years in Stalin's gulag. They returned and finished built-up the restaurant like a platform to contemplate the Sevan lake and monastery churches on the top of peninsula. I absolutely impressed my stay there, even if the hotel waiting for the UNESCO reconstruction. A few days there will be unforgettable.

Rosa is a super host and her house is one of the loveliest in Armenia! The garden is beautiful and from our room we had Sevan lake view! Rosa's home made ricotta at breakfast was the most delicious ever! We shared the common space upstairs with two other rooms and enjoyed to drink tea together. The village is small and quiet. Ideal if you want a few days of rest away from the summer crowds :)

The owner and all the people who worked there were really nice, I also stayed in their hostel in Dilijan, and had an amazing time! I would defenetly reccomend staying here!

Clean and comfortable. The apartment is huge, and the view from the balcony is just perfect. Service is very friendly, breakfasts are quite good too. Unlike most of the hotels on Sevan lake, the beach is very nicely organized, and it is definitely not crowded (well, to some extent due to the prices, which are quite high).

Everything was amazing. My phone stopped working so the host helpped me to buy a new one even it was a late evening. Everything was very clean and in the morning i had a very good breakfast. There was a wifi, coffe, tea, warm water and a beautiful garden.
