This is a great hotel of excellent structural design and interior decoration, excellent accommodation and professional management. Room’s clean and bed’s super comfortable, very good bathing facilities and cleaning supplies, fast wifi network, everything is just perfect. We booked the room with spacious lovely balcony, has a special view point of the city life. Very good location for city walk. Restaurants, coffee shops, the Main Street, and the seaside square are just nearby. So I really recommended this hotel. BTW the sunset of Durres will never disappoint you.

Property is clearly being developed so things aren’t polished but the bedrooms which are finished are extremely big, clean and the linens are of a high standard. Staff collected and dropped us back to the airport. Breakfast was simple but delicious, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This place is more than just a hotel – it feels like your own villa with private rooms, a beautiful garden with tables and chairs, and complete peace and quiet. Nice hotel where we rented a junior suite (2 adults and 1 teenager). It seems that much of the original charm of the hotel has been preserved. The suite was nice with good closet space, but the bathroom was a bit small, with the shower inside the bathtub. The teenager’s bed was a sofa, which is probably better suited for small children than for a teenager. The pillows were very hard. Small balcony with space for only 2 people. No place to hang wet swimwear. The spa area was very nice, with a lovely indoor heated pool. The gym was small but adequately equipped. Breakfast was okay. Lacking a bit to meet international standards. Large outdoor pool area. The area around the pool needs an upgrade, and the wooden sunbeds need sanding and painting. The bar area also needs a proper upgrade. Very good food in the restaurant, both for lunch and dinner. Good service from the staff. Private beach for the hotel. The sunbeds were a bit worn, but there was good spacing between them. Excellent service from the beach manager, Dino, who was very accommodating. Before staying at the hotel, we rented sunbeds here for almost 14 days, and he was just as service-minded then, even though we weren’t hotel guests. Beach service was excellent. Quick and friendly waiters. There were guards on the beach to ensure that vendors and others didn’t disturb the guests. New rooftop bar with good drinks and a beautiful view. Great service. All in all, a nice hotel with good facilities. Some areas need upgrades, but that doesn’t significantly affect the overall impression. Can definitely recommend the hotel.

If I visit Durres again, I will definitely return to Villa Lule. It is a wonderful hotel with a family and friendly atmosphere. The owner is a good person who, together with the employees, takes care of the perfect running of the hotel. Me and my friend had a room on the 3rd floor with a beach view. The room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the sea. The staff was always available, friendly, kind and helpful and really hardworking. They always went above and beyond in everything. The sandy beach is about 10 steps away from the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hotel guests. The hotel restaurant is beautiful and up to standard. The menu is varied and a big compliment to the chefs because they cook perfectly. There is a long promenade in front of the hotel for a walk, and the city center is also not far away on foot. We had a stay with breakfast and the only thing I would complain about is that it was repeated every day. It didn't bother me personally, but if I was going for a longer stay, I would have something else. We spent 5 days in Durres and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I thank the owners and the staff, who were a pleasant addition to the hotel and the stay.

The staff was really helpful, but we'd like to particularly mention the blonde man at reception. He exchanged a few words with us, helped us with booking a cab... He was really welcoming and was always ready to help. The hotel, overall, looks quite new and it's really clean. The views couldn't be any better. You leave the hotel and jump right into the market. It felt like a dream to stay here. We loved the pool and the restaurant as well. For all these reasons, we had a really pleasant stay and definitely felt hard to leave. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This time, I wasn’t alone—I was with a colleague who was also very pleased with the experience. As for the beach we didn’t go to the beach since we were in Durres for work, but the view was stunning from both my room and the restaurant. As for the room it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a highlight, a fantastic buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes.

I had a wonderful time in this hotel. It was very comfortable, the staff was very kind, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious! I stayed there 3 nights and did not manage to try all the food we had in the breakfast. Nina is such a warm and great person that makes you really feel at home. All staff were very helpful with all questions I had. I strongly recommend this hotel and I will go back for sure!

Durres is a nice relaxing place to stay, a lot of history.

Durres is a nice relaxing place to stay, a lot of history. plenty of shops, people were helpful, plenty of small bars most selling food at very reasonable prices. A walk along the beach is recommended where there are many restaurants with lots of variety. if travelling i would recommend taking a bus as taxis are rather expensive i.e. a bus from the airport will cost 7 euro whilst a taxi will cost around 37 euro.

The airport is small, clean, and has a nice modern facade. Check-in was straightforward, and the building itself looks pleasant. During departure it was extremely crowded and chaotic, with no free seating and little space to move around. My flight was delayed, which made the wait even less comfortable. Nice small airport in design, but easily overcrowded and uncomfortable during busy hours.

Krujë is a charming historic town with narrow streets, an old bazaar, and plenty of traditional Albanian restaurants. The Castle Museum and Ethnographic Museum are must-visits, there’s so much history to discover. Rain or shine, it’s worth exploring, and on clear days, head up to the shrine on the hills for a stunning view over the entire Krujë valley.

The beaches are awefull around Cape Rodon. Lot's of trash and garbage floating around the beaches and sea. Currently there are 2 newly built resorts (Saint Michelle Residence and Resort Arbeni) being demolished for unknown reasons. Our first booked accomodation let us know that they had to cancel our booking due to Albanian new legislation (Piceri Rodoni). In my opinion it is better to stay at the beaches of Dürres and visit the cape as half a day trip. But if you want to have a non-active holiday, Rodoni resort is the best place you could imagine to stay.

We had to drive, but it wasn't a problem for us. We discovered some really nice local bars and restaurants. Duka Wine Estate is definitely recommended, just a 10-minute drive away! Lej & Laj, we'll definitely be back!

Great location, very nice and clean apartment, had everything that we needed inside, AC, WIFI, cable TV to watch the Euro cup. The host was great, responded within minutes and helped us with everything that we needed. There are lots of restaurants around the area. In the afternoon my 5 year old liked to go at the playground at the beach. There were also some other toys like bouncy castle, a train that offers train rides for $3/ride and some other stuff. Would recommend this apartment. It is our second year that we come back to the same one.

When we visited the busy season had finished so a lot of the restaurants were closed. I think the resort would be very lively in the main season. Would recommend visiting before the middle of September

This is perfect for its purpose!

This is perfect for its purpose! A clean, comfy bed to catch some sleep before a flight. We could return our car, walk to Rinas to sleep and walk to the airport in the early morning. It worked out perfectly. Safe, clean & our bed was actually the most comfortable we had in our 2 weeks in Albania.

Kruje is charming and small.

Kruje is charming and small. You don't need more than half a day to walk through bazaar and explore the castle views and museums. You could stay longer if you are planning to do hikes in the area which we didn't have time for. It is a charming small town with great views and a nice bazaar.

Very beautiful beach, clean air surrounded by pine trees, family oriented, a lot of fresh and testy quality local food. Outstanding sunrise and sunset. The best I have ever seen so far. I would recommend to have options of water activities for the families and the kids even though there is plenty of ground activities available.
