Our stay was pleasant and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The staff made everything to keep us happy - for example the room service was like in a five star hotel. Food was good but the menu could be more versatile. Hotel is located in the hills and it has a beautiful garden with chill pool area where is collection of water toys so you won't get bored during your sunbathing. There are also cute hammocks to have a nap during the day. Hotel offers also massages but the prices could be a little bit cheaper. It was a perfect hotel for relaxation and we didn't even want to leave the hotel area. Special thanks to Marjan and Claudio. And also the boys working in the restaurant. You are doing a great job, keep it up! <3

Great authentic decor, the heritage from back in time when it was french embassy. We had luxury suite which was very nice. The only issue was a breakfast, menu ala carte, we were waiting for eggs 50min. in the end got them super oversalted, the acocado in the dish was also not eatable as it was not rape, I mean totally. Thank God we haven’t try their restaurant and choose another place accoding their advice by the way.

The aparthotel Espana is located directly on the beach with its own sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. Bedroom is big enough with a comfy mattresses. We traveled with only small luggage, so the washing machine in the apartment was a great advantage. The balcony was large with an outdoor seating, nice view of the sea and a clothes dryer (4th floor). Lift was a big advantage especially for my 80 years old mum. Restaurant is on the ground floor and we had HB. You can choose for breakfast fried eggs, omelettes, sausages, cheese, butter, vegetable, fruit, jam, müsli, yogurt, croissant, usually 1 more type of cake and coffee + non alcoholic drinks from machine. For prepaid dinner you have 4 courses, each has a few options and includes also glass of wine, draught beer or Fanta, Cola or Sprite. Supermarket 2 minutes on foot. But most of all we love the hospitality, willingness and help from Toni and his staff. Always ready to help and give an advise. You can also order transfer from/to Tirana airport. I cannot say this is the best accommodation in the world but for the price we paid it was worth it and we really like our stay here. I do not expect 5***** quality if I do not pay for it :) And they have one of the best MOJITO´s I have ever had!

This hotel offers good value for the price. The location is very convenient — just a 1–2 minute walk to the beach. The beach has a beautiful promenade, and there are many upscale hotels nearby, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. A big plus is that free sunbeds and umbrellas are provided on the beach, so you don’t need to pay extra for them. We really enjoyed the dinners — the portions were large, everything was tasty, and you could choose any dish from the menu. The only extra charge was for drinks. Breakfast was a bit limited, especially if you don’t like fried food. The hotel staff were very attentive and polite, always trying to accommodate any requests. For example, we only had a kettle in the room initially, but after asking for cups and tea, they provided them without any problems.

The staying at Vila Lule was super pleasant. You can access from there directly to the private beach side with already included umbrella and seats. The service at the restaurant was really amazing, including the food and the professional people working there. The food was super tasty and the fish always fresh. The room are spacious and you can have a nice view on the beach to see the beautiful sunsets. The personnel is always at your disposal and they help you with anything you need. Thanks a lot to all the staff for making the stay really great!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was there. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and they helped with anything I asked for. The location was really convenient – close to the center and near a lot of good places to eat and shop. Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It was also pretty quiet, which made it easy to relax. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.

Hotel is located in the second line from the beach, 2minutes walk. The hotel was clear, the stuff was helpful and the pool is the biggest attraction. The room was cleaned every day and we had very spacious place. The breakfast was every day the same but still you had a choice (eggs made 3 ways, ham, cheese, vegetables, marmalade, melon and watermelon, grapes and few kind of cakes. We also ate their paid dishes from the restaurant for dinner and was very tasty.

Durres is a nice relaxing place to stay, a lot of history.

Durres is a nice relaxing place to stay, a lot of history. plenty of shops, people were helpful, plenty of small bars most selling food at very reasonable prices. A walk along the beach is recommended where there are many restaurants with lots of variety. if travelling i would recommend taking a bus as taxis are rather expensive i.e. a bus from the airport will cost 7 euro whilst a taxi will cost around 37 euro.

The airport is small, clean, and has a nice modern facade. Check-in was straightforward, and the building itself looks pleasant. During departure it was extremely crowded and chaotic, with no free seating and little space to move around. My flight was delayed, which made the wait even less comfortable. Nice small airport in design, but easily overcrowded and uncomfortable during busy hours.

Krujë is a charming historic town with narrow streets, an old bazaar, and plenty of traditional Albanian restaurants. The Castle Museum and Ethnographic Museum are must-visits, there’s so much history to discover. Rain or shine, it’s worth exploring, and on clear days, head up to the shrine on the hills for a stunning view over the entire Krujë valley.

The beaches are awefull around Cape Rodon. Lot's of trash and garbage floating around the beaches and sea. Currently there are 2 newly built resorts (Saint Michelle Residence and Resort Arbeni) being demolished for unknown reasons. Our first booked accomodation let us know that they had to cancel our booking due to Albanian new legislation (Piceri Rodoni). In my opinion it is better to stay at the beaches of Dürres and visit the cape as half a day trip. But if you want to have a non-active holiday, Rodoni resort is the best place you could imagine to stay.

We had to drive, but it wasn't a problem for us. We discovered some really nice local bars and restaurants. Duka Wine Estate is definitely recommended, just a 10-minute drive away! Lej & Laj, we'll definitely be back!

Great location, very nice and clean apartment, had everything that we needed inside, AC, WIFI, cable TV to watch the Euro cup. The host was great, responded within minutes and helped us with everything that we needed. There are lots of restaurants around the area. In the afternoon my 5 year old liked to go at the playground at the beach. There were also some other toys like bouncy castle, a train that offers train rides for $3/ride and some other stuff. Would recommend this apartment. It is our second year that we come back to the same one.

When we visited the busy season had finished so a lot of the restaurants were closed. I think the resort would be very lively in the main season. Would recommend visiting before the middle of September

This is perfect for its purpose!

This is perfect for its purpose! A clean, comfy bed to catch some sleep before a flight. We could return our car, walk to Rinas to sleep and walk to the airport in the early morning. It worked out perfectly. Safe, clean & our bed was actually the most comfortable we had in our 2 weeks in Albania.

Kruje is charming and small.

Kruje is charming and small. You don't need more than half a day to walk through bazaar and explore the castle views and museums. You could stay longer if you are planning to do hikes in the area which we didn't have time for. It is a charming small town with great views and a nice bazaar.

Very beautiful beach, clean air surrounded by pine trees, family oriented, a lot of fresh and testy quality local food. Outstanding sunrise and sunset. The best I have ever seen so far. I would recommend to have options of water activities for the families and the kids even though there is plenty of ground activities available.
