The location is great, you can park your car in front of your house. Big pool, nice facilities after the renovation. We had a perfect check in as well as check out. I point out the after service by Zahid who immediately Informed us about forgotten items via phone so we had time to get them before it was too late. He saved us here. Thanks to Zahid and team.

it was a really good price offer for our stay. together with the standard the rate of the hotel is so high. we loved the various and delicious indian food (3 or 4 different option meat or vegetarian for lunch and dinner, various every day!) Absolute briliant!

What a wonderful experience. While checking in I mentioned that it was my parents anniversary they offered us a dinner ala carte in one of the restaurants. We chose the seafood restaurant Sol. Very nice atmosphere but ai would rate the food 6/10 however the waiters were super friendly. They offered us an anniversary cake as well at the end of the dinner. The rooms are spatious it was fully booked that why he couldnt upgrade us, they decorated the bed for the anniversary. The pools and beach are really nice. All inclusive options is really good! Cocktails are amazing, seafood night at turquoise has a variety of options, the breakfast is rich as well. We even enjoyed the activities during the day and events at night. We will definitly come back I was so scared when we booked because of some negative reviews. .

The location was fantastic. We booked a chalet that had direct access to the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The food was reasonably priced and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns. The staff were exceptional. We went for my mam’s birthday and they upgraded our room, gave us a free fruit platter and delivered a dessert to our room that night. Perfect breakaway from the hustle and bustle of Dubai
