I loved this hotel greatly! It has a lot of greenery, beautiful and warm pools, the beach, several restaurants. We upgraded for the room with Lagoon access. In the morning my daughter (1,5 old) was swimming with me in the main pool, but in the afternoon we were swimming in the lagoon and taking a shower immediately after. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The coffee and variety of tea are great. Our bottle of water were refilled several times a day. We enjoyed the breakfast. Special thanks to the chef who cooked chicken soup for the baby daughter every morning. She is very picky with the food but she loved the soup greatly. We enjoyed the beach and the beach restaurant with kids menu. Also we went to the promenade outside the hotel along the palm. There is also a small shop in the hotel that sells grocery. We bought some fruit pure there and milk for the baby. Everything is perfect at this hotel and I am really happy that we chose it. Hope to come back

Everything was amazing about this hotel .The staff was brilliant from the front desk , housekeeping, bellboys and restaurant staff.The breakfast was amazing in terms of food variety and the way it was presented. I was offered early check in and later on room upgrade overlooking the famous fountain. Justin at the front desk was amazing guy .He was so helpful throughout my stay.He made my stay so easy and enjoyable.I would also like to thank Peter a housekeeping manager who was really amazing guy who kept regularly checking to make sure that everything was okay and if I needed any help with anything.I would also like to mention Supun the bellboy who was so helpful and was available to assist anytime he was around I would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Dubai

The Hotel is clean with professional and friendly staff. Every day my room was perfectly clean by houskeeping dept and two nice people MD Sekul and Rina did the hard work cleaned the room and provided the supplement I needed. The Hotel is far from downtown yet far from crowd and if you need relaxation and calmness this is the right spot for you. Also if you want to travel with friends and need privacy, here is the best place to stay. Highly recommended.

There are no so many things to do there.

There are no so many things to do there. Is overated for sure, only tall buildings. No history, no museums as in Europe. Nice, safe, clean city, very polite people, mostly Asian, but at the end of the day very overated as a touristic attraction. Must is the safari, the miracle garden and the tour to Abu Dhabi.. The rest we will not miss for sure.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Amazing place and food.

Amazing place and food. Had a great time for all the days that we stayed with lots of interesting places and sites which were breathtaking like palm jumeirah, burj khalifa, marina beach and the desert.

Dubai is an amazing place and we were very impressed by the development and vision they have. I would recommend this city to anyone. It is a very safe place. Our only frustration was the Taxi drivers. I hope the government does something about it.
