Dear GM and Hotel Management, I cannot rave enough about your hotel and the many amazing staffs that made our stay a memorable one. It was my daughter’s fifth birthday and she sure had many wonderful moments in your hotel because of the surprises throughout our stay. We love the stunning architecture of the hotel especially the infinity pool, the delectable food, the plethora of activities and of course the amazing staffs. I would like to commend on these staffs who made our stay truly amazing. Lynet from the Kids Club was amazing with my children and they enjoyed every moment spent with her. She accompanied them for both their indoor and outdoor play — camel riding and falconry as well because my children loved her company. They cannot stop praising her. Lifeguard Saiful gave us a warm welcome and it was lovely conversing with him. A humble man who was very attentive when on duty and ensured everyones safety especially all the children at the pool. My children loved his company too because he guided them to explore other parts of the pool. Remy from the front desk office is another sweetheart. My children wanted a buggy ride around the hotel premises before we checked out and he kindly obliged bringing us for a short tour to the Al Hadheerah Restaurant. That simple gesture left a lasting impression on my children. He even offered a later check out time for us much to my children’s delight because that meant they could swim longer at the pool. Anees (breakfast), Surinderjit (breakfast) and Manoj (dinner) from Zala restaurant provided great service to us and made our dining experience as a family an enjoyable one. Anees impressed me the most when I casually mentioned that I loved Masala Chai and sadly it wasn’t on the menu and he offered to make one for me. That simple gesture certainly made my day.

I have been attending and staying at Palazzo Versace in Dubai for many years now, my last stay was wonderful as always, I would like to specify my review by describing my experience first of all to thank all the Pool staff La Piscina and its Manager Mr Mohamed who has always took care of us, exceptional person of the highest professional profile, to the Great Executive Chef Luca, David, Piergiulio of Vanitas, to the drivers, to Mr Maurice of the Concierge,to the excellent laundry service, to room service, to Mr Subham who has always made we find an impeccable room and fresh flowers, to all the staff of Mosaico and La Vita Bar, the list would be too long to mention all the people I have the privilege of knowing in this hotel and who make everything so exceptional, I only frequent luxury hotels and have visited several in dubai and can honestly say many should learn from Palazzo Versace in regards to the true luxury experience being offered to a client,for me Palazzo Versace remains the best hotel in the world perfect all round absolute landmark of luxury and lifestyle,for this I congratulate the management who have been able to create a staff of this level with a unique and unforgettable experience see you soon Daniele

everyones coming from diffrent place.and when i was enter that hotel .i ask them i need some extra acces from friends . becouse i have some friends in the bur dubai .they want to meet me.but hotel staff are not alloeed to meet there with friends. and they show the price 59 on that time and when you booking you get 166.dhs.. when you ask them they said sir you are right but we maintened our extra charges. that time that amounts was not there .when you are paid that 59 dhs amount they diduction 166 dhs from your account. thats why i dont wanna go there anymore

Definitely recommended. Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai has everything in order. The welcome is good, the rooms are nicely decorated and kept constantly clean (as are the pool and beach) and the staff are extremely helpful. Especially Allister and his team around the pool ensure that you lack nothing. The breakfast is good and the poolside menu is extensive. The resort is not far from the Dubai Mall and all other places can be easily reached by taxi.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Gate way hotel was the best think for our trip, the hotel was perfect, and value for money. the street food was also the spark of our stay, the mango juice, the biriyani was so tasty, the night market also the miracle garden the global village we will never forget

Dubai is a place full of energy and good vibes.

Dubai is a place full of energy and good vibes. A clean city where you are not worried of food hygiene and quality of goods you buy. We can have many types of meals / cuisines at a wide price range and restaurants to suite any type of traveler/ citizen. Same goes to shopping. Also there are many man made marvels from buildings to theme parks and other entertainment. Not to forget, We have done the Dessert Safari and the Dhow Cruse dinner many times. Moving to many places is easy with the Metro which is traffic free too. Apart from Metro Dubai Taxi and Uber is available and very easy to get. So moving within Dubai is not a hassle at all. We like the Dubai Christmas atmosphere in Shopping Malls during our visits in December. It's nice to see people from different countries working together to serve the customers and how people enjoy what Dubai offers.
