Resort located in dunes near E44 Dubai - Hatta. Spacious parking lots, shaded. Warm invite, buggy transportation from parking to reception, welcome drink, check in, guided tour over resort, landed in front of our room, help with luggage. Spacious and temperature controlled pool with waterfall + separate kids pool with another waterfall, ping-pong table, chilling zones, lot of activities (for a separate fee) that includes buggy dunes riding, dunes bushing, archery, visit of abandoned village burred in dunes etc. Very satisfying. Lot of external dining places in 10 minutes by car drive in Dubai direction. Complimentary nuts, water and dates. All stuff experienced, informed and very very polite and kind. The villa is very spacious and cozy place, perfect for a staycation. It is less than an hour away from the city and easily accessible. Everything was just as the images.The host was helpful in terms of fast response and sending clear directions to the property. There is a property manager there on site slightly away from the villa that helped us with our check in which was smooth and straight forward. We were 10 adults and it was perfect for what we were looking for - big common area and sofa to sit together. Definitely a fun and relaxing stay!

They have a fitness centre, pool as well as a snooker lounge. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant buffet was a resonable price though the food wasn’t exactly to my liking, most people seemed to be enjoying it. I hope the place stays maintains their standard.
