I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks especially to Natala, Guest Relations Manager, and Salman reception agent. I requested a late check-up as I had an important meeting and needed a reliable internet connection after 12:pm Salman were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional, making everything smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and their support made a real difference. Natala called me twice during my booking to see if everything is okey ! I pappreciate the checkup. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly appreciated it and would gladly recommend this hotel and i will come ba k next time with my family .

All the staffs were extremely professional, friendly and helpful especially Zayed(reception), Sameh(restaurant manager), Rhidoy(housekeeping), Babul (bellboy) and the other Egyptian guy at the restaurant that I've forgotten the name😅 2. The location is very strategic which is very close to Masjid Nabawi, Salafiya Health Center and The Prophet Museum. 3. View from our room was exceptional where the green dome was clearly visible from the window. (Room 404) 4. Foods are delicious at the restaurant. Everyday the menu for breakfast varies.

From Micah checking us in, to the regular character meets and the duty manager Aziz who pulled out all the stops to make sure our kids had the most memorable experience. Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.

Can you say anything bad about Medina?

Can you say anything bad about Medina? The people are soo nice. The Mosque takes your breath away no matter how many times you visit it. The sense of peace uplifts you. The 3D history in the museums are well done and should be visited before you visit the Rawdah and other sites. The calmness of the city even during the hustle and bustle of the marketplace around the Mosque is something to be witnessed! Alhumdulillah to visit Madina 3 times so far and I want to come back 100 more times if possible.

We worked there 30 years ago and our children were both born there, but we left when they were small, so this was a trip down memory lane for us, and an introduction to the kids. It had changes so much, ( for the better) and we had a wonderful time. We used to love the Shwarmas and the hotel guided us to a brilliant shwarma restaurant that we ate at frequently.

Amazing city, very safe to walk even at 1 - 2 in the morning. Could be a little bit overwhelming because of the traffic and skyscrapers. There are days when there might be a little bit of smog, but if you travel by taxi or Uber, it is perfect. The parks are well maintained and are a breath of fresh air for the city. The beaches are small but clean, the water is crystal clear.

We had a great time at Aswan, and visited both Philae Temple and Abu Simbel, which are beautiful embodied with rich history. There are several excellent choices of local Egyptian food. Tilapia from Lake Nassau was very tasty!

We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

Everything, bad attitude from the Egyptian guy on the phone, he shouted at me when I just ask about the location, because the name of the hotel is different from the one on booking!! No hot water in the bathroom, though it was cold weather. It is totally overpriced and not worth the money !! I don't recommend it.

Medina is a very peaceful and spiritual city. The atmosphere around Masjid an-Nabawi is calm and uplifting, and the city is well organized with good facilities for visitors. Transportation and services are easily available, and people are welcoming and respectful. Overall, Medina offers a comfortable and serene experience for pilgrims and travelers.

Riyadh is a good city but for solo travelers an advice - do not take private taxis and do your research of the areas for your stay. Not all the areas are safe and pleasant. Especially for women do not indulge into any chats with Taxi drivers and just be cautious while traveling. I learned no place is safe until or unless you are aware of your surroundings and be smart enough to deal with scumbags.
