We had an amazing family stay at Elaf Taqwa Hotel. It is a beautiful and very comfortable hotel, perfectly located near the Haram, close to the Green Dome, and not far from the Rawda entrance. The hotel overlooks a stunning square and is conveniently near all the shops. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes.

The way Seba welcomed with a smile was the first thing that made me this hotel would be a best place to stay. Keep up the good work Seba I hope I got ur name right. Also the rest of the staff member were great too. Sulaiman also was a great person in the restaurant section. Will visit this place once I'm in Madinah.

The staff is very friendly and polite. They were ready to help us with everything. The room and common space have beautiful contemporary design. The hotel has very good restaurant in the hotel. Unfortunately we were there in Ramadan but we could order food via service room , everything was delicious.

From start to finish our whole stay was perfect. The hotel staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do more to help us. The rooms are incredibly spacious. We chilled on the hotel beach the whole time - so peaceful and beautiful we didn’t want to leave. By the time we came up to our rooms in the evening our dressing gowns were laid out with slippers. The hotel truly takes care of the finer details. We also visited the in-house spa for a massage and WOW, the chill-out room after was something we didn’t know we needed. Truly blessed and grateful.

Medina is such a serene and beautiful City. This time around, the temperature was about 16 and a good feeling. We have been to Medina severally. Anytime we leave we miss it so much and feel like returning soon. The feeling one gets when they come to Medina is as if the days should run slower than they do. A feeling of satisfaction runs through you with another feeling of wanting to return.

We worked there 30 years ago and our children were both born there, but we left when they were small, so this was a trip down memory lane for us, and an introduction to the kids. It had changes so much, ( for the better) and we had a wonderful time. We used to love the Shwarmas and the hotel guided us to a brilliant shwarma restaurant that we ate at frequently.

Aswan has a very different feel to Cairo and Luxor.

Aswan has a very different feel to Cairo and Luxor. It operates on a much slower pace. Less hassle in the markets and on the roads. The islands, especially Elephantine Island, are wonderful and unique to visit. Try Makka Restaurant by the train station for simply excellent local food.

We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

Everything, bad attitude from the Egyptian guy on the phone, he shouted at me when I just ask about the location, because the name of the hotel is different from the one on booking!! No hot water in the bathroom, though it was cold weather. It is totally overpriced and not worth the money !! I don't recommend it.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility. Last time I gave overall rating 5. But this round my over all experience was good and I gave Rating 8 They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

Its an old property with front desk which is unable to handle the customers. There is no concept of Queue and people talk over your shoulder and front desk would happily entertain. Its an old property with uneven lobby level, which is difficult for old people and young families. Rooms are old, whiile they were clean but bathroom is very old. Getting into and out lifts is also a challenge. Booking here is not without risk of unilateral cancellation which happened with us on the day of arrival without any reason. So be careful before you book !!
