My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Abu Dhabi, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would like to express our gratitude and share our delightful experience at this wonderful establishment. Upon arrival, we requested a non-smoking room, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that all non-smoking rooms were occupied. However, the manager went above and beyond our expectations by upgrading us to a luxurious suite with a Jacuzzi. This gesture was incredibly kind and highly appreciated. It set the tone for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Despite the hotel's bustling location, we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and tranquil our room was. We could unwind and relax without any disturbances, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The hotel's connection to Abu Dhabi Mall was also a huge convenience. We loved having direct access to a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It made exploring the city hassle-free, and we didn't have to venture far to find everything we needed.

Our stay at Al Raha Beach Hotel was unforgettable! The buffet was fantastic, offering a huge variety of delicious options. Mornings were a delight thanks to the funny chef at the egg station, who made breakfast even better. The staff at the help desk were incredibly kind and even helped me recover my lost sunglasses. We loved the beautiful pool and the room service, which was consistently clean and attentive.

Amazing city, very safe to walk even at 1 - 2 in the morning. Could be a little bit overwhelming because of the traffic and skyscrapers. There are days when there might be a little bit of smog, but if you travel by taxi or Uber, it is perfect. The parks are well maintained and are a breath of fresh air for the city. The beaches are small but clean, the water is crystal clear.

You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on...

You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on the island and use the facilities of all 3. We ate in the African restaurant in Sahel Resort and the Italian restaurant in Al Yamm resort, food was amazing. It is easy moving from resort to resort as transportation is offered by the hotel.

The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...

The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

Its best for kids older than 8/9 years old. Food is pretty average at best inside the theme parks. Would definitely suggest to get the quick pass / fast track otherwise you're standing for around an hour for each ride / experience especially in Winter holiday season.

Great museums such as the just opened Sheik Zayed National Museum, the Louvre, the Abrahamic Houses etc. TeamLab was amazing. Great restaurants and cafes. Beaches are pristine and beautiful but it can be impossible to spend time outdoors if the air quality turns very bad like it did during my visit.

Abu Dhabi feels more like a visit home than a cosmopolitan stay in Dubai. The places of interest are well spaced without high Uber prices. The locals are generally friendly, with a great selection of American and local fast food outlets. Don’t look twice when walking past a fragrance dealer as you might walk out with a 4-for-1 deal without knowing what hit you.

Dining Experience

Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. A lively atmosphere would make the pool area even more enjoyable.

Though it's so far, considering a 3-hour drive from Dubai, it is worth the visit. The resort is super clean, with amazing staff and food; you'll find the serenity you're looking for (even if there are kids around!) We had breakfast & dinner at L'Attitude, and the food and staff were superb! We really had a fantastic 2-night stay!
