There are only positive things to report. The hotel is getting on in years, but that's what makes it so charming. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant had everything we wanted. But above all is the staff!! Every wish was fulfilled with a smile. Before we arrived, I had ordered flowers and champang for our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed with everything! Just a great service! We will be back.

We received a very warm welcome. The staff were exceptional and provided service with a smile. Half-board worked well for us. Both the breakfast and evening meal, with options, were superb. Our room, with a balcony and views, was worth the additional cost. We will definitely be paying a return visit for skiing and in the summer for mountain activities. A wonderful first visit to Andorra.

Excellent location, the rooms are very comfortable, big-especially the double bed- excellent! Bathrooms was huuge!! Breakfast is very good. The decorations, overall looks, a bit 'Las Vegas', black marble, lots of mirrors etc. but you can live with them. Staff at reception are very nice, friendly and efficient.
