The location is second to none! It’s right by the amazing walk above Andorra and towards La Massana. A perfect easy walk in the mountains. There are stairs down to Pyrénées shopping center. So in a couple of minutes you are in the center of Andorra La Vella with shopping and restaurants. But you are still above all the hustle, so it feels like a country hotel.

This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

Excellent location for exploring Andorra, we stayed in a balcony room overlooking the city and river. Great spot to watch the world go by. Room was really spacious and although next to the road and in the middle of the city once the door balcony door was closed you were not disturbed. Room was clean, tv worked and the bed was spacious and comfy. The room also had additional seating of a sofa. All bathroom amenities provided. Staff were friendly and helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was really tasty good selection of hot food, local specialities and continental options. Excellent selection of hot and cold drinks too. Staff were friendly and the restaurant cleanliness was maintained throughout the breakfast service. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travellers to Andorra.

The hotel was magical, a big mountain complex as you would imagine. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and changed our rooms on demand, the rooms were nice and beds comfortable (note that it is not a double bed, but 2 simple beds put together), breakfast & dinner was amazing - buffets were very rich, they used expensive ingredients (we had wonderful beef steak and duck). Overall, the common areas are very nice, you are not bored - there are arcade games, bowling... during the summer, the outdoor pool is amazing as well with excellent cocktail service! I am absolutely amazed and can recommend this place to everyone! :) Make sure to pay 10€ extra per day for mountain view, it's worth the balcony and views ;)

What a lovely country!

What a lovely country! It was small and walkable with easy transportation in and out of the city. It's obvious the Andorran people take great pride in their culture and country. We enjoyed outdoor meals in the old town area, hiking up above the town, the Dali square, and especially enjoyed spending an entire rainy day at Caldea Spa. I am very happy to have experienced Andorra for three days, but would not return because, as a vegetarian, it was incredibly difficult to find places to eat. The few we found were nice, but took a lot of effort (and even had to walk out of a few restaurants) just to find a meal.

Good ski domain and easy access to the slopes. Well managed ski slopes and helpful welcoming people all around. The only issue is the noisy nature of the town with a lot of drunk people shouting at night. The smell of joints is also very common everywhere, including on the chair lifts, almost as common as in Amsterdam before the change of rules. This should be better managed as I had not noticed this when I came 8 years ago. Shopping is limited if you don’t want cigarettes, alcohol, make up. A lot less options than a few years ago. Found lots of good restaurants with a wide variety of food options at reasonable value. Overall, a good base for skiing but with compromises.

I was there for the World MTB championships and the...

I was there for the World MTB championships and the organisation for getting to and from the bike park was excellent. There were plenty of buses available to the gondola to access the bike park. I also had a days hiking where I found the route very well sign posted with paths and bridges well kept.

We stayed here as a group of 7 and had a great time overall. The location is beautiful, the property is spacious, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful — they even waived the parking fee because of an issue we had, which we really appreciated. The apartment easily fits large groups (it could handle 12 without feeling cramped), making it a fantastic option if you’re traveling with family or friends. A few things could have been better. Finding the key safe for self check-in was surprisingly tricky; the location link wasn’t very accurate, and we saw other guests struggling with it too. Once inside, we found the cooking range didn’t work and there were no clear instructions on how to get help after reception hours, so we couldn’t cook at all. Also, there were quite a lot of bugs outside — to be expected in early summer, but worth noting. Tips for future guests: double-check check-in instructions before you arrive, and consider bringing easy meals or dining out in case of kitchen issues. Despite these hiccups, it’s a lovely spot with plenty of room and very kind staff.

I fell in love with it at first sight.

I fell in love with it at first sight. It has a laid-back soul, beautiful scenery, and friendly locals. That’s why I stayed an extra day. The bus stop is just nearby, making it easy to get to and from. I visited during the off-season. Although most restaurants and hotels were closed, finding food was still no trouble at all.

Canillo it self is a lovely place and convenient to ski and Grandvalira resort in Canillo has the zipline experience and also roller coaster which is lots of fun also when you do zip line there is a lovely little park at the bottom which is ideal for snow fights which we took full advantage of and also made snow men local shops are ok and the petrol station is also good. There is lots of places to walk They also had a lighting event you can walk through and even mini little hikes you can do if you like to do long walks like us. The rivers are also nice. Good to have a car here to explore more of the areas.

Each village/hamlet has its own local bar(s) and restaurant(s). Ordino being larger has a few more. The town of La Massana is 2 km from Ordino and is well provided for shopping and nightlife options. The skiing and snowboarding at Arcalis is excellent. Being north-facing and above 8000 feet the season generally lasts longer than the other Andorran areas. Facilities are first class. Runs cater from complete beginner to freeride expert and much in between. It's a great wee ski area in a beautiful part of the world. Summertime offers myriad hillwalking and trekking routes.

I was there for a hybrid of work and skiing.

I was there for a hybrid of work and skiing. The ski resort is not very big but had decent long runs, and it was super easy to get from the gondola in the middle of the town. Went hiking around, there are some easily marked trails. I also liked the comics museum.

The hotel situated outside the busy area, a big garden overlooking the mountains and with a small lake with a fountain. excellent and well equipped room, good restaurant next to the garden. Helpful, friendly and very service minded staff. Different walking possibilities right behind the hotel. The stay wan not cheap, but worth every Euro👍😀

If you’re into shopping and chic brands then it’s worth a stop. Otherwise very crowded and lots of traffic and air quality was not very good as the place is located in a basin between mountains. Lots of traffic, crowded streets and bad air was the perfect reason for me to get out of the place after one just night!
