When we had to wait for our sleeper bus, he kindly stored our bags in a secure area, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay, especially with the stunning view, was incredibly pleasant. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful, the spa service was superb and the food at the restaurant was so tasty. If you go to Sapa, definitely stay here. It is a little out of the city - but still a completely fine within walking distance, and you get the most amazing view.

We stayed one night in a spacious room with a beautiful mountain view, and were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean—including the modern bathroom. Breakfast was simple but good, and the coffee was excellent. One tip: ask the staff to call a taxi for you, as booking a Grab is quite difficult in this area and drivers may drop you far from the hotel.
