The location couldn’t be better—right in the Old Quarter and within easy walking distance of major attractions, with plenty of restaurants and shops just steps away. Service throughout our stay was exceptional. We had booked two deluxe twin rooms for our family of four. My parents’ room turned out to be smaller and without a window, but once they mentioned the difference, the reception team immediately upgraded them to a larger room. Even more impressively, after our second night the staff randomly called my sister and me to offer a complimentary upgrade to a top-floor suite. We happily accepted, and the new room was spacious, complete with a balcony overlooking the city. The top-floor lounge with complimentary snacks and refreshments was a great bonus. I used the laundry service twice, and both times my clothes were returned within 24 hours, clean and well cared for. Breakfast was another highlight — a varied buffet that changed daily, along with made-to-order egg and noodle dishes. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very good. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or spa, both looked inviting. A special shout-out to Tram, who was especially helpful during our stay. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

The water was just the right temperature. The breakfast was another big plus. There were lots of options. Everything tasted fresh, and the coffee was great.

Right from the start we were welcomed by the staff very personally, and the fantastic personal service continued throughout our whole stay. From opening doors and asking how our day had gone to giving us fantastic recommendations for restaurants around the city, everything was just perfect. Especially in the front desk Thom Nguyen really made our stay special. The rooms were really nice and clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Also the location is perfect, walking distance from most of the most important sites. Really good value for money, you probably won't find service like this for this price anywhere else.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful! Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices and healthy options. Pool and bar area very nice and above all the noise and heat, very enjoyable. Would stay here again :)
