Better than any western 5 star hotel room by far. Staff was perfect and very friendly. Location is close to the river and the markets.

Nice resort, bungalow clean, spaceous, well equipped, comfortable sleep, hot water in the shower, good working Wi-Fi. Various choices of breakfast. The top of it - the staff - excellent. We kindly asked the reception lady for help with finding a taxi that could take us to our next destination the next day. She found the taxi driver. We agreed upon the price. In an hour the lady knocked on our door to say that the driver is asking for additional payment on the top of agreed price. Then she dialed the phone number and talked to someone - we thought she tried to negotiate with the driver. Then she handed the phone to me. It was her manager. The manager lady apologized, saying that what the driver did was utterly unacceptable. She said that her company was going to sort out with someone else for agreed price. It wasn't their fault, they had nothing to apologize for - they just tried to help. I would recommend Wanathara resort to anyone. Nice place, nice people

The The Imperial Hotel & Convention Centre Phitsanulok Phitsanulok is a 10-minute drive from the bus station and Phitsanulok’s city centre. Lined with palm trees, the hotel offers an outdoor pool and spa. Facilities and workers were amazing. While the buffet was not available everyday, the staff went out of their way to take care of us and feed us well every morning. I was very happy with the gym, being able to get quality push/pull/leg workouts in everyday. The pool is very nice, but we only swam once. The room is very spacious, loved having a microwave and dishes in the room.
