Just 5 km from central Strömstad, Daftö Resort offers a summertime theme park with an outdoor pool and children's activity house. Strömstad Golf Club is 8 km away. We had no idea what to expect from a "pirate hotel", but it was above any expectation! Besides that, it was a wonderfull room, with big balcony, big big bed and all very clean and "piratty". The room was very spacious with big bathroom. The hotel also had a lot of games to play with, shuffleboard & snooker are hands down the winner among all. All sporting activities were well maintained. It also had amazing breakfast.

The Villas are new and very well equipped. 2 restaurants on ground give us plenty of choice. many towns and marinas nearby. A big space with everything you could need! It was so quiet and peaceful. We only stayed one night but we would have loved to have stayed more! Would highly recommend!
