I want to thank the service people from the dining restaurant, the cleaning men were so very nice and the reception, especially Yazan when we checked out. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a holiday, it still maintained the highest standards. The rooms are spotless with scent of freshness, the kitchen offers plenty of options with delicious meals, and the entire staff from the bellboy to management remains remarkably professional even during high workload periods. Highly recommended. Definitely will choose this hotel again.
