The facilities were beautiful and absolutely spotless. The setting was unreal, I kept having to tell myself, this is real, it's not a photo.. The staff was so friendly and kind. And the breakfast was amazing. We will stay there again if we are ever able to travel again to Maderia.

He provided us with a tour of the property upon arrival and then provided itineraries for each day based on what we wanted to see on the island via our rental car. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any questions including providing a self walking tour of the Christmas lights. The rooftop bar/pool area was very nice with views of the city. Having access to free laundry on the fifth floor was very convenient. The fresh pastries on the doorknob in the morning ❤️

After a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool in summer, guests can enjoy a game of billiards or a drink at the bar. The living room includes sofas and a cozy fireplace for those cooler winter nights. Owner is very nice and she cooks very well! Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfy! We had a nice ocean view!

Facilities include an outdoor pool. Everything is just great. The hotel surrounding is beautiful with stunning views, you can watch the sunrise from the balcony or just outside the hotel. Great breakfast with huge choice of food. We had a vila which was very spacious and well equipped, even with an own fireplace :) The staff was super friendly. There is also a walking path that will bring you down to the beach, which is not far, just it is little steep. Definitely recommend for families with kids - they can enjoy the pool area as well as playing room with billiard, table tennis and table football.

Its elegantly-furnished rooms offer a balcony and cable TV. Appreciate specially arranged room upgrade. The staff was super kind and helpful, thanks to each and every one that made our stay memorable. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of both cold and hot options, as well as gluten free options which is also highly appreciated. Would come back and recommend to others.
