The staff was lovely, we felt very welcomed, they also helped us with taxis to go around the island and advised us for restaurants. The room was clean and the ocean view stunning, the breakfast was continental, various things to eat and the food was good quality. We will definitely come back for our next visit. The people working here were so friendly and helpful, this hotel was so beautiful, the room was super clean spacious, and even though you are really close to the highway, all you could hear were the birds singing. We could use the jacuzzi for free and there was even a sauna you could use. We only stayed for one night but it was the perfect last day for us in the Azores. Breakfast was also very nice, a lot of options. We could take a look at the horses of the owner. And wow what a beautiful place for the horses! Sadly we did not got time to take a lesson.

The hotel opened a few weeks ago so everything is sparkly new, clean and very comfortable. The location is great, basically between the airport and the town centre and (apart from some low flying airplanes) very quiet. The design is truly beautiful and the staff very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

We brought friends that were staying in other closeby hotels and they loved it and will stay there in the future.
