The room was compact and very clean - soft drinks and coffee included, the modern bathroom was comparatively spacious. Good mattress. Delicious breakfast. Surrounded by vast, tree-lined gardens, the charming Convento São Paulo offers 2 outdoor pools a tennis court and offers 4 padel courts. The dinner was excellent, which surprised us. Both my did & my husband were great! Service was good.

Surrounded by 80 000m² of beautiful gardens, this 5-star hotel is 4 km from Évora city centre and housed in a renovated 15th-century convent. It offers a piano bar and free parking. LOVED this place. Full of history and ambiance. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was fabulous. Great sommelier! The breakfast was amazing. What a selection. We also booked spa treatments so it was super relaxing. We enjoyed the fact that it was outside of Evora for some relaxation and quiet time.
