Friendly staff, bikes and playground for the kids, comfortable big bed, big bathroom, outdoor deck was nice
Best value for money ever. Wood fired hot tub. Spa bath. Own BBQ. Couple of minutes walk to lake and town centre.
He really enjoyed staying in Te Anau Holiday Park. The apartment was spacious and organized for our family with two young kids. The park was very well located by the lake side. We also used it as base to go to Milford Sounds and he were very pleased. The hot tub at the end of the day was also an highlight. Definitely recommend a stay here if you want to explore the area.
The location is great, right at the lake and walking distance to anywhere. It is a big hotel and offers family rooms which for us was great - 2 bedroom villa for a family. The villa was spacious and very clean, it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. They have an outdoor pool which is heated to 25 degrees I believe and a sauna inside which needs booking. There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel which looks out to the lake and serves very nice food.
Great place to stay for a few nights! Location is just perfect, it's close to everything but also very quiet, just what you need before/after heading to Milford Sound. Rooms are nice, tidy, and clean. Plentiful common areas, both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen is big enough for many people to cook at the same time. I loved it and couldn't have wished for a more pleasant stay. Thanks again!
Great value for money, the property has all minimums you need and a great location. The heating was good, at least for cold days in April. As we stayed with a little one (2.5 years old), we liked the jumping area, a little outdoor playground and indoor when raining (although, this one was outdated and quite dirty). In general, it was good 2 nights stay for a young family. Overall can recommend this place. Just make sure you understand what "holiday park" is and what to expect, although, we stayed in slightly better parks before.
The total experience was amazing. Staff could not do enough to help. Food was excellent. We were fortunate to get great weather on arrival with rain overnight which meant the waterfalls were in full flow in the morning. The use of Kayaks and the chance to swim in the Milford Sound was awesome albeit we were only onlookers
The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond for us. The kitchen is well equipped and the facilities are cleaned regularly. The beds were comfortable and the twin rooms had decent space. There is good outdoor and indoor shared living space, and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the lakeside. They have laundry facilities including a drier and drying room/racks, which was really helpful.
Great location, very clean, they have very large common area indoor and outdoor to enjoy. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We stayed twice in our trip. Also they have great view 😊 Highly recommended
