Clarion Hotel The Hub offers an organic breakfast buffet, free WiFi and free sauna, steam bath and swimming pool access. We had a Christmas room, we stay just one night from 22 to 23 December before going to Hemsedal, but that Christmas room already put us in the Christmas vibe, we just love it, amazing idea, we enjoy the Christmas tree in the room. Very good and large option to the breakfast, the view from the room amazing, and the location of the hotel close the station gare and shops simplifie acces in winter time.

Overlooking Oslo from high above Holmenkollen, Voksenasen Hotell; Best Western Signature Collection is surrounded by nature. The hotel has its own restaurant, bar and terrace as well as an extensive art collection. Voksenkollen Metro Station is 700 metres away. I visited this hotel this February, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with breathtaking panoramic views of Oslo's fjords. One of the great advantages is its location. It’s very close to the Oslo Skimore ski resort, only a 20-minute walk or a short bus ride away, making it perfect for ski enthusiasts. Additionally, the hotel is well connected to Oslo city center via the T1 metro line, allowing for easy exploration of the capital. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality options. The service was impeccable, truly worthy of a luxury hotel. The wellness facilities were excellent. The sauna was spotless, offering a relaxing experience after a day out in the cold. The gym and stretching/yoga room were also well-equipped, catering to fitness lovers.The hotel also provides a ski storage room, making it convenient to safely store your equipment after a day on the slopes. As for dining, Bistrot 501 was a great surprise—excellent food and a cozy atmosphere. Our room had a beautiful view of the snowy landscape and the city, which was magical. However, the rooms are not as spacious as they might seem in pictures. That said, it wasn’t a big issue since the real charm of the hotel lies in its beautifully maintained common areas. There are tea/coffee machines, fresh fruit, and water fountains with both still and sparkling water available for guests, which is a great touch. There's also a large terrace with stunning views, as well as cozy lounges with fireplaces, creating a charming and authentically Scandinavian atmosphere. Overall, I really loved my stay here. The ambiance, service, and location make it a perfect place for a winter getaway! Would definitely come back!
